The one thing that really stood out was the staffs behavior. Everyone was polite and courteous. ( And in all my travel's and stays at hotels this is the number one reason why i ever go back to the same property) The rooms are clean and quiet, hot water is available around the clock. Kitchen staff is also very prompt and accommodating. ( i requested for a late night snack at around 11PM and they obliged) Reception and kitchen staff are very quick in picking up calls from the room and service is also nice. Food is reasonably priced.

There are only free channels on the TV. No movie channel. The soft light on top of the bathroom mirror can be replaced with a brighter light for shaving as it becomes a bit difficult to get a good look in the mirror while shaving.

The restaurant had tasty food and breakfast. I required brush, paste ,etc and was delivered to my room in very short span and in just one call. The staff was co-operative and helped me with finding my destination.

Parking could have been better. Except nothing as such.

The hotel was good clean but location is not good and as well the approach road.Staff were accommodative,helping.There should be some improvement in breakfast menu however whatever was there was tasty..The lift had some issues and it was repaired by next day.I stayed in a premier room 502 . The flush in the toilet was unable clean in one stroke. The water force is not enough to flush properly. It should be taken care of. It is a good hotel otherwise.

Under the bed it was very augley. At least once in a week clean under the bed. Otherwise Everything is good. Food is very good. Staff are good

Breakfast was delicious with multiple choice. Treebo instruction boards are guiding & educative. Food & lunch was also good at cheaper rates / charges.

It is a good place to stay, when you are visiting the nearby airport area and Pune visit purpose.

Treebo called soo many times to make a partial payment, it was so frustrating even though I messaged the property that the stay if confirmed. Why say pay at property if you wanna trouble the customer so much just go for presale auth.

The mattress on the bed. Spring types are bad for people with back and lumbar problems. Also, if one person shifts position while asleep, the other person feels the movement and gets disturbed.

Decent Breakfast. Location was good as well. Food was warm & well prepared & presented.

Parking at this location is limited & had to take the car out one time to allow another car to move out. Also the Bed is too springy & moves too much when you sleep.

I spotted houseflies, rat near the breakfast area. Cleanliness can be improved. There was stagnant water before the hotel gate.
