Breakfast - wide range of options, very attentive staff, lovely ambience and well the taste - its Indian food at its best. Room - I loved it - the size, the ambience, the bathroom - had one of my most luxurious stays on this trip to India. Pool - I only went for a walk by the pool once - can't really fault it but can't really add on any information. The restaurants - We tried the breakfast room - for both breakfast and lunch, Dhani (restaurant catered by on site local chef) - was fantastic - both food and service was a 10/10, and lastly we spent an evening in the patio with live music. My favorite part - the service - I never needed to ask for anything at all - but got amazing service right from the minute I stepped in till the second I got on the car for the airport. A big shout out to Baidyanath Chakravarty at the reception - Thanks a lot for your warmth and hospitality.

There's literally nothing I can complain about - Maybe just the fact that I didn't have enough time at the property.

I went on a solo trip to Jodhpur, and I was pleasantly surprised. I particularly had a great time at Ajit Bhawan Palace. The rooms were very comfortable and rustic, a unique village kinda vibe. The food, hospitality, and property were all absolutely splendid. I am so grateful for the staff. Mr. Shyam Singhji was my assigned driver for all 3 days, and he treated me like Royalty! Drove me to all the tourist spots and markets and also shared a lot about the history of Jodhpur. This was one of my most memorable trips in India! I'm hoping I can visit with my family the next time! I was totally immersed in the culture and beauty of Rajasthan!

There was some construction underway, close to two of the rooms that we were assigned to. The were no other rooms available in the category that we had booked, and the nice lady at the desk managed to move us to two other rooms that were even nicer that the original rooms. The breakfast was ample and dinner with the cultural show was wonderful. They also had a very good gym with a variety of machines, weights, yoga mats and great workout music!

Its a lovely welcoming hotel, the staff are super helpful and the rooms very comfy Breakfast was great - lots of choice. Pool lovely but very cold. only 200 rupees to take a rickshaw into town plus a couple of food places and shops nearby but mostly you need to take the rickshaw into town to eat and sightsee etc. Its got a lovely luxury feel inside the hotel. it is a bit pricey but it is also great quality and lovely to retreat to the bliss of the hotel after a day in the loud, bonkersness of Jodhpur itself :)

would be good if they could heat the pool then it would be more useable during January. The rooms are lovely but the ones we stayed in are a little dark so they could do with a bit more lighting inside. Sometimes when you are having breakfast etc I think the staff can be a little over helpful, but they are great.

The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, although it was a little dark (not much light in terms of the window coverings) Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were extremely accommodating. The grounds and facilities themselves were beautiful.

Natural lighting in the room would have been nice. Bathrooms could use some sort of exhaust to prevent from steaming up (separate fan provided but not really enough and had to leave light on in order for it to work). Tip was expected from a man at the front entrance who did nothing but open our car door for us.

Great heritage hotel in the centre of Jodhpur. Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Very good food in restaurant. Great concept and mix of rooms, villas or tents to choose from. Lovely pool area.

For a 5 star hotel we were disappointed. We had to get the room cleaned as it was not up to standard. We do not expect this at this level of hotel. Also the wifi was not working and has not been working since March 2021! This is totally unacceptable. In order to receive a 5 star rating all these things must be in order. The staff did a great job of cleaning once it was pointed out but it shouldn't have to be pointed out. We stayed in cleaner homestays while in India. Nice hotel but need to do better!

Stunning luxury heritage hotel with highly attentive staff. Room was clean, very comfortable, and well-appointed. The pool area is phenomenal, I could have spent all afternoon/evening there if a storm hadn’t rolled in. Didn’t get a chance to explore more of the grounds or eat dinner outside because of said storm, but it’s a really unique property with several standalone huts which give off a small village feel. Would love to come back and explore more. Felt extremely comfortable staying here as a solo female foreign traveler.

Unfortunately there was no hot water in the shower and the food was on the expensive side compared with other hotels I stayed at.

The fact that it is India's first heritage hotel. It is seeping in Rajasthani culture, heritage and hospitality. The amenities are very good. The decor and design is awesome 💯 The garden is beautiful and the trees and garden landscape, the trees and the chirping birds are just soothing. We went there for our anniversary and they treated us with a midnight cake which was presented to us in a way that took us by surprise (pleasant and mind-blowing) i will not disclose the surprise here :)

The restaurant food was value for money but could do better with a little more variety and it needs a tad bit improvement on the presentation layer.

Oh my gosh! What a WONDERFUL experience! We arrived well ahead of check-in time (via the overnight train from Mumbai) which was probably a bit of shock to the hotel's system, but they were wonderful in getting our room ready while we went to the hotel restaurant and had breakfast. Stay was in a luxury tent that FAR exceeded all expectations!! The tent was more than adequate in size, and the room appointed well. Good air conditioning which was (of course!) much needed given the heat. Small porch out front which was lovely, and room service very fast. The grounds of the hotel are lovely and so well kept! Breakfast was superb which broad selection on the buffet and custom eggs/omelets. Close restaurants that are (as we understood it) owned by the hotel that worked very well for dinner, and well priced. Money exchange at the front desk, nice gift shop where they were also able to get a package sent for us. Staff very helpful in arranging from onging train tickets and transportation around Jodhpur to the market and the fort. Thank you all for a memorable stay!!

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! Everthing was over the top and far exceeded what were expected!!

This is a heritage property, converted from an old palace. The palace grounds are very well landscaped and well maintained. The staff is very welcoming and treats you like royalty. The location is very central. The included buffet breakfast is excellent with many indian and western food items.

The room was small and dingy. Didnt have enough lighting. The room was not part of the old palace but was an addition so it didnt feel like a heritage room. They didnt provide hand soap and we had to ask for it.
