The resort is beautiful set amidst nature.

Facilities- could be better for the price I'm paying. The bathroom shower is not great. The service at restaurant can definitely be improved. The wait for all counters was packed and the staff was not enough to handle the crowd. We need to wait even for water for more than 10 minutes. The service staff definitely need more training. Also, thr could be rooms with tub or jacuzzi.

The property is huge - even though it was at full occupancy when we went, it didn't feel crowded at all. It's also lush green, beautiful and very well maintained. The staff is exceptional - each and every one we interacted with was polite and helpful. The food was great as well - lots of interesting choices and the desserts need special mention. The bar next to the pool with in-pool seating was really great. Overall we had a very relaxing stay and would definitely be coming back again.

Even though the room was amazing, the only negative was the bathroom, which gets a bit flooded after showers and the water doesn't drain out all that well.

The Layout of the Resort is well spread out.. .... Lots of Trees, good walking paths, Rooms are very planned & maintained. Food was great, so was the service. All & in, a good experience worth repeating again.

Occupying 25 acres, Resort should have have a large flat land, maybe close to an Acre of Lawn with sit outs all around it, to feel the property & its surroundings. This was missing. Swimming pool area should be merged well with the lake area.... to give a feeling of one space.

OMG ! This is how I would sum up this property in one word. R by F is a premium property. We had a royal welcome on entering this place. The welcome drink was indeed a thirst quencher for guests travelling from as far as Bengaluru. The cottages are set in sylvan surroundings. Your eyes get just glued to the lush coffee estates and the tall silver oak trees grazing the sky. The fragrance of wild flowers wafts through the air. The whole atmosphere is surreal. BTB only battery operated buggies and scooters are in use here. Zero plastic zone. R by F gets a full centum for their green initiative. We were a group of six. We had booked the Robusta rooms. On checking in we got the good news that we did get an upgrade to pepper suite rooms. Thank you to the staff at R by F for this generosity. Pepper Suite turned out to be very spacious, airy and extremely comfortable. The bathrooms were super clean and hygienic. Felt pampered staying here. The breakfast and lunch buffet spreads were lavish to say the least. We had plenty of options ranging from South Indian, North Indian, non vegetarian, continental and much more. Loved the khara baath, rava dosa (served hot from the dosa station), filter coffee, poori, black chana curry, vadas ( crunchy, zero oil and mouth watering) so on and so forth. The lunch spread too was something to die for. No compromise on taste at all. Delicious! The house keeping staff were polite and obliging. Enjoyed every bit of the morning and evening walk through the verdant paths of R by F. The swimming pool was well maintained. The spa experience was indeed rejuvenating. Overall a fabulous stay at R by F.

Stayed in Teak Suite which was big, clean and comfortable. The buffet spread at Teatro was splendid - starting from menu to the taste, no complaints at all. Staff is very courteous and well trained.

Nothing much to not like.. Maybe the Sakleshpur weather was a little let down as it was not very cold or Misty like other hill stations of Karnataka.

We had an excellent stay at Rosetta. Food was sumptuous and excellent with loads of variety. Activity room had lots of games for kids and adults and we all enjoyed the duck feeding activity in the evening. Beautiful property with lots of greenery. Thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. Highly recommended.

The food was great and the property was very neat and clean.

The restaurant was way too crowded during breakfast and lunch and there was complete chaos in the restaurant. The team needs to make more space and hire more staff to handle the rush. Also, there weren't too many activities at the property, the Rec centre is still not ready, and that needs to be completed soon.

We liked the property it was well maintained and amidst of a coffee plantation, so it was a blissful stay. The staff resort manager was very friendly and ensure that our needs were taken care of.

The staff from the reception could have been a little proactive to inform us in advance that they had bookings and that they would want us to vacate the room by 11 AM, instead she was pushing us in the last minute while explained to her that we ere packing and would ready to leave in half an hour at 11.30. Also the property's activities block was under renovation, hence we didn't have access to the gym and other activities

1. Hospitality of the staff (hassle-less experience) 2. Food (buffet spread and taste of food were excellent) 3. The property landscape was beautiful.

1. WiFi was weak in the room (it's important to have good WiFi since mobile network is hardly there inside the rooms). 2. Neighbours were loud (due to the design of the rooms, we could hear their TV all the time). 3. The spread of non-veg can be better in lunch. 4. Due to monsoon, some activities were not available, but there were no alternative arrangements made by the property. We could only avail the Nature Walk activity, and all the other available activities were paid ones. 5. The final 2.5 Km of road leading up to the property is in very bad condition.

The location and property is great, right in the midst of a plantation. Inside the property there are lakes and rooms are kind of spread around the lakes - some of them have the lake view. Overall the natural esthetics are wonderfull. The property is quite big and they have a good buggy service to help you travel within the property, we loved the walks around the property with our kids. Their main dining area Teato is very nice and the buffet spread are nice, specially the breakfast.

The bathrooms are not that great, they have given an outdoor shower area additionally which depending on the weather could have been a good thing but they could have used that area to make the bathroom bigger. We had two rooms one in the Robusta ( smaller ) and the Cardommom ( bigger ) both of them had smallish bathrooms. There are many other types of suites and family oriented rooms which I believe are larger but i am not sure of the bathroom area. The pool could have been bigger, they gave it a kind of a infinity pool feel but made it look small breadth wise.
