Property: Beautiful, very serene, well maintained. The coffee tasting tour was informative. Will get to see a huge variety of fruit trees, coffee and pepper plants. Staff: Treats their customer like royalty! Attention to detail was top notch. Extremely helpful! Their operations manager - Gagan, is a gem of a person. We had a medical emergency and his level of care and concern was top notch. He also arranged a surprise for one of our family member’s birthday not once but twice. Food: Really good food! They take care of your dietary needs too. Chef adds his personal touch. The buffet breakfast is a huge spread.

Nice plantation walk around the property. Excellent swimming pool. Beautiful architecture. Independent cottage with pool to chill out. Chef was excellent and staff very courteous. Prepared any type of dishes we needed.

Nothing to complain about. Breakfast was good. Ala carte had good options of different cuisine. Would like to extend the local cuisine items more if possible. But chef and staff are very accommodating.

The property was lovely ! Very spacious, thoughtfully designed rooms made the experience special for us. The property allowed us to disconnect from the daily chores and enjoy some peaceful family time together. The staff were exceptionally polite and understanding. They ensured all our needs were met and that we enjoyed the visit in the best possible way.

No complaints at all

The resort was neat and you will find luxurious when staying here. The food was good. It was not too spicy to eat. The vegetarian food also had enough options to try out. The pool was maintained well, so spending quality time with family within the area was good experience. Overall the experience was excellent.

The gym could have been better - especially the lighting. And the Spa faculty could have been better.

Morning breakfast was the best in this resort compare to lunch & dinner. Dedicated staff was there in the kids play area which is so cool for parents. Very pleasant experience.

1. very few vegetarian dishes are available in lunch and dinner. 2. Pool water was very cold and not sure whether they are running jacuzzi water flow daily to make it warm.

It’s a huge property with beautiful rooms/villas. We had a private pool in ours and it was absolutely worth it. The staff were uber polite and were very helpful in preparing baby food for my 9month old.

The breakfast buffet spread was particularly disappointing, expected the taste and quality to be better or atleast at par with the ala carte menu for lunch/dinner.

Very well maintained and scenic property. Staff are very courteous and well trained - be it reception, restaurant and spa. Great location for a weekend getaway away from all the hustle

While not a deal breaker, the in villa pool could be a bit better ( it's a plantation resort so stray leaves etc may end up landing there)

Nice Breakfast, Excellent staff, excellent location. Staff was veryful. Kids enjoyed a lot.

I won't say i didn't like. But there are some aspects of maintenance needs to be taken care to be always 5 star

Location, surroundings,polite and efficient staff.

The high compound wall in front of the cottage. There is no sit out provision in the front, preventing one from enjoying the lovely surroundings. The only view to the outside was from the window at the back of the room. Also, did not like the idea of an open bathroom. Any day, prefer the privacy especially in the toilet. And the mini pool near the cottage is a waste. Instead, that space could be used for a sit out with a good lawn.

The naturalist was wry knowledgeable and passionate about the plantation and the flora and fauna in the property . Shared a lot of trivia. The coffee experience was memorable!
