It was my first visit to Radisson Salem and I recommend this property very much because I had a very good stay there, from the travel desk Mr. Sulthan, Cab driver Gowtham, then the front desk team Mr. Ansar Mr. Bhaskar and Mr, Durai followed by the dine-in service team Mr. Lino, Mr. Athul, and the housekeeping team everyone exceeded my expectations, thank you,

Travel desk whenever I need them are at my service especially Mr. Sulthan the way he responded to my requirements is excellent and the Drivers Mr. Gowtham Mr. Senthil and the rest of the team, are very much appreciatable...

Staff was very helpful and courteous. We a family of 4 had booked two rooms, and they were able to accommodate us in a single suite. The buffet had variety and was value for money. The chefs were extra courteous to accommodate adhoc requests by the child. We had planned to visit yercaud and the stay here was awesome. We could easily travel to yercaud from here.

Since it was the peak vacation season, the diner was fully packed, due to which service was a bit slow. But otherwise the staff was very courteous and polite. The only other thing is that our room had a bathtub as well, but it wasn't clean and water wasn't draining at the speed expected. Since the kid couldn't use it, she was unhappy with the facility

We were 5 , including my Mom and my 2 kids + Wife. we stayed for a night and experienced Great Hospitality, Ambience, Cleanliness, Over all Feel and Room size is very good. By all means it was a great stay. We had asked for Late check out till 3 pm, but were honored with extension until 2 pm. Food choices and cuisine options were good enough. there were other restaurants near by the hotel in walkable distance. Perfectly located on NH, so could get out of the city or get in the city at ease! All in all, worth the stay.

just a minor comment, the shower room water flows outside and makes the room completely wet.

This is an excellent hotel. The room and restaurants were very good. House keeping and room service were prompt and efficient. We would like to thank Mr Deepanraj and Mr Prathad for house keeping and the duty Manager, Mr Anshar Ali for his attention and help with tourist ideas.

When booking this hotel, the information showed that there was a swimming pool. However, upon arrival we found that the pool was being renovated and had already been closed for several months. This is not shown in the pre booking details. This was a disappointment for us.

- the breathtaking mountain view - the great breakfast and dinner buffet selection - the pleasant ambient of the hotel, including the bar and the sitting areas - very attentive waiters in the restaurant - the silent open space lift

- our room was just above two huge outdoor fans which were really noisy day and night - the swimming pool had terrible changing rooms (smelly, open to the toilets, when you are undressing people going to the toilets pass by you, that was just terrible) - unprofessional spa treatment (Thai massage was not really Thai at all, a lot of oil used) - Warning: there was not functioning staircase which we are sure is illegal (the only staircase has its doors locked, so you cannot use it. In case of fire, you would be doomed.)

This particular Radisson property is one of the better ones that I've visited in the past few years. The rooms were clean and of decent size. They allotted me a room with a beautiful view of the mountains and the town of Salem. Room service and in-room dining was prompt. The restaurant, Tangerine was excellent and I was happy to find a kids menu on the menu card. We ordered continental and Indian on separate occasions and the food was extremely good every single time. Service at the restaurant was also good and they customized a few orders too as per our specifications. They have a huge parking facility. The best part was that there were taps around the parking lot which you could use to wash you car prior to starting your journey post check-out. A very thoughtful gesture especially because the property is located on the highway. The hotel was easily accessible. Overall this is probably the only property on booking.com for which I've given a 10/10 on every single category. Kudos to the Radisson Salem team for that!!

Nothing that I can think of

Neatly maintained property on the Bangalore highway, extremely courteous and attentive staff, the check-in was hassle free and we were in the room within a few minutes of entering the hotel premises. My request of room in higher floor with a mountain view was fulfilled. Room was squeaky clean with toiletries, tidy linen and bath towels. Mini Bar had beverages and snacks (available at additional cost). We will surely come back again and stay here. Special thanks to all the staff, from doormen, concierge, duty manager to housekeeping and F&B staff for ensuring a pleasant stay. Thank You Radisson Salem.

The thermostat control of in-room air conditioner, specifically when the command of increase in temperature could have been slightly better as the same was set to centralised floor temperature, although it was not much of an issue. Just letting you know. Thanks.

Stayed overnight while traveling from BLR to Coimbatore. It was a comfortable stay. Courteous staff( special mention to Ayana who took extra care to make everything smooth right from check-in till check-out. We were traveling with our 2 year old daughter) Amazing food ( buffet & in-room dining both)

No major concerns. However, the swimming pool was under maintenance during our visit.

We are really satisfied about the overall experience at Radisson Salem. The front office staffs were very friendly and so helpful.Especially the care given by the manager Mr. Bharathi Raja , the staff Ms.Ayana Jhonny and the room boy's were really amazing. Breakfast & room service was also really good. Radisson will be my first choice on my next Salem visit. Keep up your good service Radisson team!!

I have to say the poor standard of food. I don't know what's happened but it very average which is a shame and I'm more likely to eat out at restaurants in the town
