This is a nice property right in the town but at the same time you have your space given how the place is located. Was pleasantly surprised as knowing GRT was into jewellery but this property was good. Gives an upscale type of place the way it has been done. Rooms were neat, clean and well lit and has all the amenities. The breakfast was awesome with a full spread which was bundled along with room rent. One can go shopping along this street as all the large shops be it clothes or jewellery including some good food options also are there.

Vibrant room color settings with spacious and sufficient room sizes. Buffet breakfast was enticing. Especially freshly made millet dosa was a great way to start the day. It had an international power socket too. Laundry facilities : quick return within the same day

After check in, I had to pinpoint areas that needed further cleaning. Room service personnel did a great job to meet my requirements.

was overall a perfect stay after 3 years of returning to Salem as a frequent visitor for leisure the receptionist, Mr Arvind, managers Mr. Jai, Mr Ayyan and the kitchen manager was excellent so do the waiter and waitress in the restaurant was excellent in serving the best meal for your needs rooms were clean, Biotique Body Wash was amazing, room amenities includes shower cap, dental kit and etc. just like how a well established chain hotel would portray

not told about the no visitor (after 10 pm, policy imposed by their local authorities) upon check in, however when there was a visitor of mine, the receptionist on night duty was weird enough that wasn't able to communicate well and caused an uneasy night where I had to attend my visitor just in the lobby the next day both the managers explained it to me what and so on about no visitor policy at night

If anyone looking for THE best hospitality and clean place to stay with the family in Salem then GRT should be it. All 4 people at the reception and the manager are THE best I can ask for. Chef Udhayakumar's herbal soup made be craving for it again and again. His mango pickle is a big hit in USA and in Coimbatore. Please continue the best quality you are providing forever. Thanks again for making our 5 days stay special.

The room was spacious, four of us could be accommodated in a room!breakfast was also good!

The parking was too cramped it had multi level parking that was shared by their Jewelry store also.our suv wouldn’t fit on the multi level so had to park near the lift were the staff also were resting/having lunch etc.we were very worried if someone would accidentally scratch the car but we had no choice but to take the risk and park there

Good ambience. Nice staffs. Clean and neat. Good location.

The toilet is slippery while taking a bath. Better provide non slippery tiles or put some plastic mats at the bathing place. We had three rooms booked. Out of which two rooms are Senior Citizens. Hope you will do something immediately at all your locations. Breakfast was not to the mark. Has to improve.

Clean and neat hotel located on the main road. Room was fairly big and beds were comfortable. Toilet hygienic with continuous hot water. Bed linen and towels were clean. Walkable distance from new bus stand. Morning complimentary breakfast was tasty with variety of items. Overall a good stay.

The staff is very kind and professional. The rooms are neat and well equipped. Comfortable Mattress and clean toilets. Ample parking in basement. Close to the highway, so was best fit for our mid way stay.

The doors are not sound proof and this means you hear noises of people from the corridors (in our case some one decided to stay there and talk at 12 in the night) .

It's wonderfull clean and best , perfect for families and also a business trip staff are marvelous very response in time one of the best stays in salem.. The food is fantastic and good 👍👍👍 Service Crews are the best... Room service excellence... Overall ratings 10

Food quality is good. Rooms are very neat and clean.

Keep more water bottles and tea/coffee bags as we were three adults, but kept only the items for 2 Adults in a deluxe room. Food Quantity, mainly the chicken curry was very less for 300+ charges. It was only sufficient for 1 person. Ramp parking is not very comfortable, I do not refer to take my car for ramp parking. Parking needs to be made better for sure. Same parking used for both for the hotel as well as for the jewellery shop in the front.
