The hotel seems quite fresh as the flooring and the furniture in the room seemed new Overall the stay was excellent the staff had been very courteous, helpful & flexible. They acceded to my request fro a room at a higher level Inspite on the day of the stay there was only buffet, they agreed to serve me A la carte and that also local maharastrian food Even on the next day acceded my rqeuest of serving me maharashtrian food--misal, post breakfast timings. I specifically would like to thank and compliment the staff at the restaurant especially chef Chetan, servers Chinmay, Aman & Kilinger (Please excuse me for incorrrect spelling) for serving what we wanted and smilingly. They made my stay quite pleasant

We had booked for winter green room but got upgraded to fern club room which is slightly bigger one. Breakfast was included. The room also had a well maintained patio which was a plus. The property was very clean. While checking in we got greeted with glass of soft drink at the front desk which was rejuvenating after long drive. Restaurant was also clean. For dinner they had in la carte menu and pay at property. Breakfast also had lot of options from cereals, fruits, idli, egg etc.. The chef also prepared omelets and masala dosa of request.

Nothing really to complaint.. However I wish the room also had ceiling or table fan. Although the room were fully functional air conditioned, sleeping with ac on all night makes the air dry.. But again, this is just a wishlist which the hotel could consider.

Room Service and Hospitality was very good. The toiletries were made available without being asked for. Quality of food was amazing. Location being right on the Pune-Bengaluru highway, sleep at times could be disturbed due to an odd vehicle honking loud at the middle of night.

Spread was excellent, but the staff need to be trained to remember the orders and deliver on time. I have already conveyed my feedback to Ms.Pallavi.

The room was quite large and spacious and squeaky clean. It was on the Pune-Bangalore Highway, so quite comfortably located. The breakfast was fine too. There is not much more that one looks for in such a hotel

The city itself does not have much to do for a traveller, given this, the charges seemed a bit on the expensive end of the spectrum, but it is likely that the place is meant for travellers taking a break from driving on the highway

The staff at the breakfast area were very friendly and super attentive. As soon as we were done with a plate , they would come clear it. Rooms are very big and comfortable. WiFi worked very well. The location is nice, right on the highway. Overall , the comfort level for the price is really good. The toiletries provided are of a high quality and avuryedic.

Check-in staff were friendly but no explanation was given on checkout time, breakfast area etc. I asked the questions and got the responses but it was not given voluntarily as is the case in other hotels.

Location and cleanliness. Staff was great! Special thanks to manager Jitendra Ahire who helped me cancel my last night without any extra fees. My plans changed last minute and I could not cancel through Bookings.com. But the manager understood my issue and helped me cancel my last night at the hotel.

Clean, hygienic, comfortable and an excellent location for people who need a stopover in between their road trips on the highway :)

Can't think of any negatives that we experienced in our 02 different stops that we made at different dates :)

The staff was courteous, welcoming and kind. They were kind enough to pack us a heavy breakfast as we had to leave early in the morning. The room was very clean and neat.

Price was a little high considering the room conditions. It was clean and neat but the room needed maintenance.

Good breakfast. Location on the Pune Bangalore Highway and very convenient. The rooms were large and very comfortable. The service, whether in the room or the restaurant, was excellent. As was the dinner we had. :-)
