The manager/person whom I contacted on the contact number provided in the website answered my queries on all occasions. The other staff members including kitchen staff were also good and courteous. The hotel has a small kitchen which provided us dinner and breakfast in our room. Room and toilet were clean. You can go for shopping in nearby mall and markets if you like.

The approach/driveway to the hotel is on a narrow lane from a crowded road makes it a little difficult to park vehicle on the basement. The aged person with weak and problematic knee may face difficulty to go upstairs since there is no elevator in place

Well, The rooms are EXCELLENT, and appart from the Indian thing with not changing the beddings between EACH guest, it was spottless clean. Very nice bathroom with piping hot shower that stayed hot long enough. Good Wifi, desk, table and chair in the room. Nice soft matress. BUT IT's SOMETHING VERY STRANGE GOING ON WITH THE BOOKINGS. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE AN INDIAN PAYMENT CARD. No card needed to book....but shortly afterwards I received a message about paying half in advance to confirm my booking, through either some obscure Indian apps or by card. The link to the card payment worked, but it did NOT accept a foreign card. Yes, I tried different cards, and I tried as many times my bank let me try without blocking my card. I contacted the property AND Booking.com help center, but did not here back for a week, during which time I kept receiving the same standard messages, so I contacted both again, but did not at any point get a personal message back. In total I received 30 YEPP 30, emails from the hotel, mostly direct to my email, only a few through Booking.com. On day of arrival they said ACT NOW, rooms are filling up FAST, and at 7pm while I was walking from Gorakhpur trainstation to the hotel, they cancelled my booking. Upon arrival, they DID have a room....and the hotel looked almost empty, although a few people arrived late at night. They checked me in, but made me pay about 25% more than was on my confirmation. The room was cancelled with me, but NOT via Booking.com. The official cancellation arrived the day AFTER I had actually stayed at the hotel. Avoid this place, too much stress, which is a pity as the rooms are lovely. If they want payment in advance from foreigners, then they should take it through Booking.com

Very comfortable and clean accommodation - the bed was super soft and the bathroom was very spacious and had hot water. Good value for money and convenient stay if you are transiting through Gorakhpur. Hotel is about a 10 min walk from the movies and food places. Simple but tasty breakfast and nice staff - overall, one of the better places we stayed in our two months in India!!

Best midrange Hotel in Town as far as my experience in Gorakhpur this was the best hotel i have stayed in Gkp very cooperative staff over all i found no issues there.

Neat and Clean hotel quick response on your phone calls there behaviour very cooperative staff 24*7 electricity backup and water supply there food.

Approach passage to the hotel was not clean.Bed is not comfortable it needs to be hard.Some items of breakfast was of low standard,If you are providing breakfast then it must be good,quality wise as well as quantity wise.The room shown at the time of booking over the app was not given.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

Staff were very helpful and supportive. Specially I want to thank ,suraj and praveen they both were very helpful and supportive. They welcomed very well. They made our stay very special. I would really recommend my friends to visit this place. And also the Restaurant staff were very good. Overall we had a great stay. And most importantly my Son enjoyed a lot.
