The welcoming attitude of the staff, comes foremost. Followed by the facilities available. The food was also a pleasant surprise, meeting the requirements of all kinds of palates. The acid test is the willingness to return to an establishment; this hotel has passed the test.

The attentiveness of the restaurant staff was a trifle lacking. Tables are not made adequately ready for the next set of guests. I had to ask for cutlery and napkins throughout my stay, as the tables did not have what was needed. I am sure this issue can be addressed quickly, if the management wants to.

Nice hotel in central Gorakhpur with big, modern rooms, friendly staff and quiet away from the busy streets. The room was big, modern and clean. The hotel restaurant has fresh and very nice food, which range from both Western and Indian, and good prices. There is a nice selection for breakfast too. All the staff (reception, room service, restaurant) were very friendly and helpful, and even managed to help me find a local hospital to see a doctor. Thank you in particular to Ashok, Manisha, Promila and Dhananjay! It would be good if the hotel could directly organise trips to Kushinagar with a local taxi company for set prices, as this would help tourists like myself.

there were some mosquitos in the room and in the restaurant area, and so would suggest taking steps to minimise this, e.g. mosquito plug-in repellent in the rooms and the hallways etc.

The hotel premise is great. Staff is friendly and accomodating. Good breakfast spread and starter options.

The cobblestone ramp pathway towards entry is not good as it makes it difficult to drag your baggage on it. The roads outside the hotel was very poorly maintained and there was drainage cleaning going on which made the road all the more messy, full of foul smell. The hotel can have partnership with some local taxi providers so that in case guests need late evening taxi it can be arranged for.

It's location is good. Because nearby all commercial places but in busy area. Staff Behavior was good.

Not prepared room arrangement according booking. I booked double bed but accommodated in 2 single bed room. After complaining I has to wait for couple of hours to shift in actual booked room type. Rest all good.

I loved the broad central corridor on my floor. The marble work was brilliant and shone. The staff was courteous and mostly work was attended to soon. The aata aloo pyaz naan was delicious. I liked being greeted by the female receptionists everytime I passed from there and their queries about my wellbeing. At the time of my leaving the hotel, 3 of them carried my luggage and Rajneesh was there to see me off, which made me feel good.

At the breakfast time, uniformity of service lacked. For example, half the days i ate there, water was served and half days, even on my pointing out, it wasn't. They didn't want to check on each table if the guest needed something more, in the freshly made items. For other requirements too, I used to keep looking around for the servers. The food could definitely improve especially in the salt content of their paranthas and uttapam. The chanas were not evenly cooked. The check out experience was bad. My luggage was collected after 20 minutes of my first phone call. My subsequent phone calls weren't even attended.

The staff are good , they respond quickly and are very polite and professional , & the hotel is very clean , and the meals are good . I recommend this hotel if you are planning to stay in Gorkhpur.

The location and view are not so good . But acceptable .

Life saver hotel in a city of chaos, I didn't expect anything from this city but this hotel saved me as the food was good. Rooms are clean. Reasonable price

No pool, no proper gym.

AC was not working properly. It was constant 20 degrees despite adjusting it to 25 degrees. In night it became very cold. I had to switch it off.

Staff is very cooperative and very friendly...specially shubham is such a nice person and he also served us so well..thank you !!!
