Wonderful experience overall. We stayed for 4 nights over Diwali, and everyday was beautiful with the settings of the property, the quality of events organized, and the food. The highlight was the attitude and service quality of the staff. Reminded us of what the delightful Taj experience used to be 10 years ago (as at least in big cities it has changed quite a bit in the last years unfortunately). Our 3 year old made friends with Haider who was extremely sweet to him throughout the stay. Pushkar diligently made sure that our meals specially for the kid are sorted and perfectly organized every time!

Everything is as you expect a Taj property to be. Right from the welcome you receive during check in to the various complimentary activities, you will feel you are the centre of attention. The property is on the bank of the river Kosi and you can walk over to the river and dip your feet in the river while sitting on rocks. If you're into birds spotting, you will absolutely love this place. We spotted some birds like pied kingfisher and hornbill while simply taking a walk in the garden along with river in the hotel. The food is excellent and the restaurant managers were very kind in recommending dishes and improvising stuff for our child of 3 years who is a very picky eater. We were blown away by the swift room service as well. The only points of suggestion would be to have a heated pool (its quite nippy in the forest all year round) and a small play/toy room for toddlers.

The food was very good but would have a preferred the buffet to have a bit more of continental/western dishes. The Indian spread was very good.

The resort was incredibly beautiful and serene, I wish we could have stayed longer. The staff was amazing and the food was spectacular. Our room was very beautiful and very large, we are a family of 4 and had so much space and a beautiful terrace with view of the river. I highly recommend this beautiful Hotel, should we ever come back to Corbett National Park we will stay here again!

Everything was amazing, location is beautiful near river Kosi. It maintains the natural habitat and environment. We could see monkeys and birds around. Comfort level was exceptional. Each and every staff was exceptional. They were very courteous and helpful. They were always willing to help. Food was fantastic. They served local cuisines as well. I’d give all 5/5 stars to this place. Outstanding in every aspect.

Great property, location, hygiene. Good food. Small pool compared to resorts at other locations.

Some staff were a bit rude and unfriendly. One instance was when we werE having breakfast and a staff member insisted on us sitting at a place so undesirable due to rush that I had to argue my way out of it. Another instance - As soon as we arrived, the reception staff was not warm and welcoming, they seemed lost and wanted me to rush through the paperwork. Unlike other Taj staff. Seemed like we entered a Taj property with staff belonging to another chain of hotel. Having said this, most of the other staff were really good.

Property is excellent. Restaurant service is excellent. I am thankful to staff for their hospitality, right from reception to room service to restaurant. Food is very delicious. Its an excellent location at river side. Enjoyed swimming and mango trees are all around property. They have many activities for everyone in family. They served complimentary hi tea at evening which was a delicious surprise.

Many of lunch items were repeated at dinner buffet. There should be some extended hours for breakfast which ends at 10:30 am. If you are late from Jeep Safari the you will miss the breakfast.

The mountain ride with Ravi from the adventure team . He was such wonderful company. Even otherwise, the staff was very helpful, cordial and competent. The property itself is wonderful and has a great view and location.

We recently stayed in Taj Corbett. I was joined by my wife (booking was under her name – Richa Bahl), our 4 month old Son, and my parents. I have to say that this has been one of my best holidays in India. We had two villas booked for this 4 day trip. The staff was so hospitable, and kind that I am falling short of words on how to express my appreciation. Firstly, the housekeeping team. We had informed that we are traveling with an infant, and hence need a crib. Before we checked in, a crib with toys and blankets was waiting in our room. On top of it, a lot of kids toiletries were placed in the cottages. Then, in the evening, the housekeeping team made our anniversary celebrations so special by putting up a special booth for us to take pictures with our names on top. Then Mr Tanveer in the restaurant was such a nice person, and took care of all our needs. I gave him feedback on day 1 that some dishes could have been better. And for the next 3 days, he made sure that the food was top notch. He would come and ask for feedback during every meal, and even asked us if some additional dishes are needed. WOW. Mr Bisht, the chef was fantastic too. He would arrange special Thali’s for us on demand, and the food was the best I have had in India. Suraj and Ajay at the restaurant, who were serving us were very kind too. I would like to make a special mention for Mr Saurabh Goyal, who was singing on Saturday night near the Grill restaurant. The flavor he added to the whole ambience was top notch. I felt that Taj group is under utilizing his talent, and he should be asked to sing in more popular parts of the hotel, like the outdoor place near the restaurant. He had such a nice voice, and more importantly, he was making the experience very personalized. Such a beautiful evening courtesy him. I enjoyed his songs for 2 hours on Saturday. One developmental feedback – pls change his speakers as the speakers are not going full justice to his beautiful voice. Rohan Bahl
