It's nothing like that we don't like any thing A perfect staycation in Namah No doubt

Would write in points: 1)staying there is very comfortable. 2)wide and bigger suze room with all facilities. 3)house keeping service is very fast 4)staff was coperative and very helpful.

1)as its 5 star resorts food item is very less..and many item repeatdly 2)food order taking mutch time.expecting lesser time. 3) reception dosent pic phone and not answer..i call more than 15 time but no one pic phone...while i need assistance. 4) email reply also very late and incomplete. 5) activity list provided during check in..many activity not done during 3 days..we remind them but no satisfied answer. 6) even a smaller resorts provide much better activity other than this property. 7) these all are feedback to improve service..not a complaint individual. 8) not value for money.

We have booked two rooms in double occupancy, we a wanted one room with the twin bed, to manage the same in good way they have upgraded both the room to Suit room. A greater WOW. Ganga Aarti was another exiting thing. 999 plus tax buffet was also good. Breakfast was also awesome. Cheery on the cake was complementary evening tea with snacks. There was lots of space for morning walk and doing pranayam. Thank u team it was real pleasure staying there.

We had visited the resort for 3 days and booked two rooms. Must say that this was one of the finest experiences for me & my family in recent times. Had a very warm welcome on arrival & equally smooth departure formalities. The resort is a perfect match of hospitality, care, cleanliness, spacious surroundings, politeness, sumptuous delicacies, excellent rooms with awesome ambience and secured environment full of positivity & greenery. This property beats all other similar category resorts in a near vicinity. Strongly recommended for everyone who is looking for a 5-star property at Jim Corbett, which is worth every penny. Everything was perfect, cannot list all but worth mentioning few bullets are - Polite & helpful staff, ambience of the resort, lush green environment, spacious rooms, excellent food, security measures all around and most importantly - the positive vibes all around the property. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly. In particular the restaurant chef, Nitin, and all the staff in the restaurant made our stay memorable and they made us feel very special. The view from the grounds was amazing.

Horticulture is the best we have seen in a hotel in corbett. Excellent services. Good facilities. Polite and courteous staff. Well done 👍

The property is really well maintained and curated with all kind of details. The personnel was always helpful and available. The room was adorable, really clean and in a magic environment. We even had an upgrade of the room. Everything in the stay was perfect.

After a long day at the safari going back to the resort for a relaxing massage, delicious dinner and restful sleep are all that makes a holiday a memorable experience. The staff, food and facilities are good.

The fittings in the bathroom like racks and hooks were placed so high that a person of average height would not be able to reach. Price per night was high considering it is not peak season yet. The spa facilities were just ok.

Staff were delightful, super helpful and made us feel very welcome. The room was clean and the food was fantastic. Diksha was particularly kind.

Very little to fault. Pool music wasn’t the most relaxing would be my only very small gripe!
