Great place... Exceptional warm staff, perfect location, great vibe. Best shower I have had in Asia in 6 months. Huge bathroom, huge bed, modern tasteful furnishings. What makes this however place is the staff. From the front desk, to the back bar, to the manager. They all have been so warm and welcoming. Nothing was a problem .. just perfect. They are also great with Kids. All the guests have been lovely as well.

Ive been coming to Goa for years.. and it's difficult to find something I didn't like here.. It's super casual and relaxed. I would be sorry to leave. I just keep extending.

Staff is really good at the hotel as soon as you enter, greets you with a warm welcome, ☺️ superb rooms , great ambiance, rooms are clean and 24 hours hot water. I thank to all team members for great hospitality provided by them, from smooth check in to check out and being super helpful all the time. The restaurant manager was always prompt in providing us with good food and is very humble and great at his work. I appreciate their all efforts in making our stay memorable.

Beautiful ambience. Rooms are very spacious and neat and clean. All the amenities within the rooms are absolutely spic and span. Toilest are absolutely clean and in excellent working conditions. In the night the courtyard outside the hotel is beautifully lit. One can click photos also there. Food is also delicious and is available both in rooms or in the restaurant.

The staff is very friendly, they will guide you for everything. You can rent a scooter or bike by asking the staff, they will arrange it at the hotel itself so no need to go outside finding for two wheeler. The rooms are clean and neat. It's a value for money. The location is also perfect.

Housekeeping service was amazing and I'm pleased with the behaviour of all staffs. I'm happy to witness the best hospitality I've ever come across. Especially your housekeeping staff, was very well behaved and very sweet person.

Breakfast - Happy with the options but the taste needs to be enhanced. Also the restaurant service time is to be reduced. Very polite staff. Ali and Ranjeet was very supportive so do the reception staff. Overall a good experience.

The elevator in building 1 was never working.

The hotel layout and infrastructure is good. Comfortable place to stay in Goa. Total value for money.

The food is average, edible but does not have the wow factor which the hotel and stay has, they should look into it.

The best stay ever. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. The staff was wonderful. The hotel is well maintained. The beds were very firm, too firm for my liking. The food was good. I, especially, enjoyed the view of the sunset. Would recommend to all :)
