Loved it! So impressed. We were part of a large wedding booking and the team absolutely delivered! A most magical wedding, all helped by the outstanding JW team Shout-out Rahul Das from In-room Dining! Some delicious bits on that menu and friendly service. Rohit from the gym is outstanding! When i talk to my friends about how special the hotel is, i start with the incredible Entrance experience. Then I mention the games room!

Outstanding experience - sharing my negatives only so the team can make things even more pefect 1. Stock the bar in the games room! (Getting drinks while bowling was not that smooth - still an amazing time tho) 2. At the pool the dish titled 'Truffle Edamame' is a salad... should make it normal edamame (not 'puree') 3. I wish the gym were more well equip. It is enough if you are creative. Heavier Dumbells, a Chest Press, A Squat rack and you're good! Remove the water feature down there to make room for more equipment

EVERYTHING!! This was by far the most exceptional property I’ve stayed in!! The staff is exceptional, the rooms are luxurious and the pool is out of this world!! The breakfast buffet which is overseen by chef Ghazzi is outstanding and super fresh daily!!

The location - it’s not really close to anything but has some cute roadside restaurants walking distance - our favorite was Mango Tree restaurant.

Hotel was beautiful with lovely views from the pool area. All staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive. Breakfast was fabulous with plenty of choice, whatever your tastes, and all excellent quality. We also ate in the restaurant a couple of times for dinner, which was delicious. Particular thanks to senior guest relations staff who went out of their way to help with a problem we had with our flight booking.

Difficult to find shade on the sun beds around the pool area. As it can be quite windy, the umbrellas had been removed from the beds directly around the pool, as one had previously fallen on a guest. We were informed by senior staff that the hotel was actively working on a solution. There were some beds directly next to the covered pool bar that could be moved to find shade from the roof, but not ideal. There is plenty of comfortable seating, however, in the pool bar itself.

My partner and I stayed here for 6 nights and absolutely loved it. The staff were all extremely helpful and made us feel truely pampered throughout our stay. A special thank you to Vikram in the JW Kitchen who made our stay extra special and one not to forget - he really went above and beyond! The hotel had a great variety of different food (all very delicious) and we also loved the gorgeous pool and generously sized gym. Overall this hotel exceeded all our expectations. We will definitely be back if every visiting Goa again, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional hotel experience.

Loved the whole experience during our stay at JW Marriott. From the moment we arrived, the welcome from the wonderful hotel staff, our room was made up for early check in, beautifully presented knowing it was our honeymoon with some delicious sweet treats on arrival to welcome us, everything was faultless! The hotel room, facilities, infinity pool, spa, food and drinks offering are all 10/10. Breakfast spread was unreal and the level of service was like nothing we have ever experienced before.

Fantastic hotel with amazing staff, so clean and beautiful both in the room and in all areas. The pool area was very nice with beautiful view. Breakfast was exceptional with a major selection, great coffe from a real espresso machine, freshly pressed juice and all you can dream about. The staff did everything they could to help us in any matter. When we arrived in the room we had a complimentary chocolate garden waiting for us, and fresh coffee from the great coffee maker in the room. The prices in the pool bar and restaurant is not bad to be a luxury hotel.

The western dishes in the restaurant was boring and had little taste.

Central Location in Vagator, close to other hip restaurants and bars in Vagator Super clean and new as it only opened a couple months prior to our stay; the best thing is the pool and pool bar, the spa is also excellent as it is very private, relaxing and very clean and professional The breakfast is vast and everything is extensive delicious, includes local, Indian Asian and European/continental breakfast, but also sweets and a chocolate fountain Overall the service is what made it so special, it’s more than attentive, it’s personalised and very professional, you can contact the staff via the he frontdesk, phone or even WhatsApp

The only thing we were suspicious of before coming were the rendered images on booking and the office Marriott website, but the hotel does in fact look like the renders Another thing that has nothing to do with the hotel itself but the area is the fact that Taxis in and out of Vagator are extremely expensive as they don’t use the official meters

The property is stunning. The aesthetics give it a cooling vibe. Additionally the breakfast is fantastic and the food we ate at the pool bar was great as well. It’s really clean, the rooms are spacious, the bathroom is really nice and overall it is luxurious.

The music by the pool from 4pm onwards was super loud and disruptive. Some of the staff should be able to communicate a bit better in English. We rang up from a restaurant to arrange a taxi and it took a while and help from a local waiter to get what we needed across clearly. The hotel needs to find a way to get easy access to taxis as it can be a challenge to get cabs in Goa. Upon checking in the hotel should communicate the different restaurants etc which the hotel has to offer.

The breakfast buffet. It was extensive and tasty. Also their game area is nice. The golf simulator, bowling and VR games kept me engaged for the better part of a rainy day.

Some staff needs polishing. The location is really bad. We stay at a premium property but we step out/drive out to not so premium surroundings. Also, we paid for a bay view room but we could only see trees and a gray building (part of the property itself) from our balcony.

Very good breakfast. Lobby cafe is nice and comfy. Very helpful and accommodative staff. Valet service for self drive car is a huge plus.

No shuttle service to Vagator beach Swimming pool water was not climate controlled. The pricing at INR 35k plus GST for bwas simply not worth it.
