My partner and I stayed here for 6 nights and absolutely loved it. The staff were all extremely helpful and made us feel truely pampered throughout our stay. A special thank you to Vikram in the JW Kitchen who made our stay extra special and one not to forget - he really went above and beyond! The hotel had a great variety of different food (all very delicious) and we also loved the gorgeous pool and generously sized gym. Overall this hotel exceeded all our expectations. We will definitely be back if every visiting Goa again, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional hotel experience.

Fantastic hotel with amazing staff, so clean and beautiful both in the room and in all areas. The pool area was very nice with beautiful view. Breakfast was exceptional with a major selection, great coffe from a real espresso machine, freshly pressed juice and all you can dream about. The staff did everything they could to help us in any matter. When we arrived in the room we had a complimentary chocolate garden waiting for us, and fresh coffee from the great coffee maker in the room. The prices in the pool bar and restaurant is not bad to be a luxury hotel.

The western dishes in the restaurant was boring and had little taste.

Central Location in Vagator, close to other hip restaurants and bars in Vagator Super clean and new as it only opened a couple months prior to our stay; the best thing is the pool and pool bar, the spa is also excellent as it is very private, relaxing and very clean and professional The breakfast is vast and everything is extensive delicious, includes local, Indian Asian and European/continental breakfast, but also sweets and a chocolate fountain Overall the service is what made it so special, it’s more than attentive, it’s personalised and very professional, you can contact the staff via the he frontdesk, phone or even WhatsApp

The only thing we were suspicious of before coming were the rendered images on booking and the office Marriott website, but the hotel does in fact look like the renders Another thing that has nothing to do with the hotel itself but the area is the fact that Taxis in and out of Vagator are extremely expensive as they don’t use the official meters

The property is stunning. The aesthetics give it a cooling vibe. Additionally the breakfast is fantastic and the food we ate at the pool bar was great as well. It’s really clean, the rooms are spacious, the bathroom is really nice and overall it is luxurious.

The music by the pool from 4pm onwards was super loud and disruptive. Some of the staff should be able to communicate a bit better in English. We rang up from a restaurant to arrange a taxi and it took a while and help from a local waiter to get what we needed across clearly. The hotel needs to find a way to get easy access to taxis as it can be a challenge to get cabs in Goa. Upon checking in the hotel should communicate the different restaurants etc which the hotel has to offer.

This is by far the best properties that I've ever stayed in Goa!!!! The staff was simply amazing from check in to check out, friendly and resourceful. Interiors of the property is top notch and one of the best JW's in India, very tastefully done. We went for a couples massage and the service is beyond words, one of the best massages ever. Chef Ranjith curated a special dish Prawns Koliwada and Nasi Goreng for dinner was simply too good. The breakfast spread is amazing with plenty of options for all. Sunset by the pool, live singer and DJ with drinks...had a awesome experience. Must visit if you are planning for a trip to Goa!!

This spanking new property is very well located in north Goa. This was the first time we stayed in this part of the city. The hotel decor and design are stylish and modern. Very tastefully designed hotel.

The property is new so there are some teething problems like coordination and communication between staff. But nothing to complain about.

Rakhee Mandal was so welcoming, we had a flight around 11pm and the minute I requested for an extension she did not hesitate for a second. I haven't received such type of warmth in many of the hotels I stayed across the world. Keeping aside the amenities, cleanliness etc., Rakhee's service was exceptional. Thank you Rakhee for giving us a wonderful time during our stay.

Steam and Sauna rooms were too small and it was a little over pricy

Fantastic location with beautiful views of the surrounding forest and sea. The personnel did everything to ensure we had a memorable stay and spoilt us and our kids with small gifts and lovely gestures. The breakfast buffet options are amongst the most and varied we have ever seen! We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent here!

Nothing negative really, although the price is just as high end as the facilities and service but definitely justified.

Fabulous breakfast. Stunning property. Excellent location..all the fabulous restaurants within a 15 min drive. Great room. Only downside is very high rates offered for mere pick n drop offs to nearby restaurants !

Excellent team with a special mention for Annu who is definitely an asset ..super efficient, polite and friendly. All our interactions with the staff were seemless ! Congratulations !

Every corner of the property is so mindfully done. The chef took extra care and went a step further when he got to know that my son is gluten intolerant. He even prepared gluten-free waffles for him.

There was anything that we didn’t like bout the property. But yes if this property was made in a resort style then it would have been the best.
