Our stay at The Grand Leoney was amazing! Came in with low expectations but was blown away and ended up extending our stay after checking out other hotels (nothing compared). The rooms were large, clean and bed was comfortable. The location was perfect in vagator. The pool was always maintained and clean as well as pool bathroom, gardens and restaurant. The staff were always helpful and friendly. I would absolutely choose the stay there in the future and don’t understand the mediocre rating.

The wifi NEEDS to be updated. We barely got any wifi in our first room and the second room wasn’t much better. We intended on doing a little work while at this accommodation but sadly wasn’t able to due to wifi problems. This was the only reason we considered staying somewhere else. We were also placed in a room which had a faulty shower head which sprayed the entire bathroom and the sheets + duvet had a lot of pilling. New bedding would make a world of difference.

We absolutely loved our stay here and were sad to leave! The room was spacious with air con and a fridge, the pool area was a highlight with lots of space and beds around to accommodate all the people staying there. Breakfast included consisted of a buffet breakfast. Menu prices were fair for other food served throughout the day

Tea was the only drink available with our included breakfast, it would be nice to have a juice option :-)

The staff were amazing, nothing was too much and they were only delighted to help me other any request. The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels. The food in the hotel was great, we had a poolside lunch most days and the price was very very reasonable. The pool was huge and always a lounger available for guests to use. Location was exceptional, walking distance to the beach and local bars and restaurants.

I liked everything.

This property is in the prime location (vagator), with easy access to places and best restaurants around. The place was very clean, well maintained, green and serene. The staff displayed great hospitality and assisted when required. I recommend the place for a peaceful stay.

The spa - the massage provided was not worth the money. Th masseuse ended the massage 10 minutes before the actual time and are not professionally trained for body massage.

The location and value of the property is great. The front desk is always efficient and fast, will provide help in all your queries and information.

The restaurant staff. it was my second visit and they were stil looked lazy and not trained. we have to look for them to order, had no smiles, basically they looked unhappy in a happy place.

We arrived in the afternoon and received a good welcome from the staff. Rooms were well equipped with all the facilities. Wash rooms were hygienic and clean, best part was swimming pool was very clean. Overall the place was very peaceful. Food was also very good. Good and safe parking area for your car. Definitely recommend the place to all the guest who visit Vagatore beach..

Liked everything except needs to improve the toiletries provided like soaps and shampoos which had no good perfume, and they should have included tooth paste and brush. For the price they charge basic breakfast could have been provided.

Clean, spacious rooms. Good AC and hot shower. Very safe and friendly staff.

We arranged and confirmed airport collection through the hotel and when we arrived there was noone at the airport as promised. We had to ask a random person to call the number we had for the hotels driver. He picked up and said he was in bed and someone else was coming. Eventually someone arrived at the airport who did not have our names or details.. And we were still unsure was this the hotels driver or a random driver that had taken the job... All very confusing for 4 am!

The property was very well maintained. The staff was courteous and helpful. Great interior designs, clean pool, good food and ample parking.

Felt a bit mismanaged. The room was not cleaned before our arrival. Television did not work, the ceiling fan was shaky, there was a lizard roaming around in the room, electric kettle cover top was broken.

Big room and bathroom with lavish interiors. Very comfortable. Swimming pool. Accessibility and surrounded by various food joints. Enough inside parking. Close to vagator beach. And importantly Value for Money.

I thought the staff was great! They were friendly, attentive, and very helpful. I very much appreciated how the brought fresh towels without us asking. We had a meal by the pool which we also enjoyed very much.

I wish the room configurations were different. We had three people and our options were a room with a twin bed and two roll away beds or a room with a king bed and a roll away. We were really hoping for a room with two full size or queen size beds but they said that was not an option.
