The rooms were just fantastic. Thanks to Booking.com we got a free upgrade to the Grandeur Suite and the ambience of the room, spaciousness and the room amenities were truly fantastic. The room service was quick and helpful. The staff were friendly and the hotel was conveniently located to the church too (just around a km away). The hotel arranged for an auto pick up to the church too which was again very convenient. All in all a truly great experience.

Nothing much to complain.

I have been a regular at this property for over 15 years. (2-3 times a year) This is a flagship property in Velankanni.

Over the years the property’s infrastructure quality has decreased. Rooms look tired, common areas and bathrooms need a face lift. Refrigerator was old and not working. It was replaced by the staff, however it still wasn’t working.

The amazing staff. The entire team, right from the front desk, the F&B team, everyone, was so amazing. The politeness, the helpful nature, and everything of the team were so positive and awesome. The team is a true asset for the organisation. Way to Go Team. God bless you all.

nothing in particular but informed the Management that they need to have a room weighing scale or any other scale upto 15 kg measurement to weigh your luggage especially when traveling in Domestic flights the permitted main luggage is upto 15 kg

Staff were very friendly and provided all requirements quickly. Food in the restaurant was very good.

No a major concern but - TV needs upgrade since I had kids and needed to keep them entertained for sometime - showers area need a partition as water falls all over the floor

- Clean rooms and well maintained - Amenities inside the room are great(Even Toothbrush/paste is provided) - Good shower - Good breakfast buffet - Friendly staff - Don't forgot to visit the backyard behind the pool - Restaurant food is tasty (Virundhu)

It was a suite room, air conditioner in living room and bed room. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was prompt to provide additional things I asked like iron box and laundry bag. Restaurant menu is very limited which need improvement. Breakfast buffet excellent.

Bath room fittings are very old and rusted. You can feel metal smell after using a water tap or shower pipe. Need immediate improvement in bath room.

Breakfast was very ordinary it was pre dominantly South Indian based they need to consider that other guests from different parts of India also stay here as well as guests from overseas staff are very rigid on selection of breakfast items

Breakfast was way off the mark very limited selection and no variety at all

I have Stayed at the Property Several Times in the last 8 years and there have been a Lot of Structural & Workforce Changes towards Betterment which is Appreciable. The Food is Tasty.

This is been Highlighted in my Last Review also.. Please Take Good Care of the Minor Details before Handing over the Room for Guest Occupancy. Blankets, Towels, Cleaning, Toiletries should be Checked before hand as your Hotel Reputation is on the Line.

All the staff were very courteous and helpful, Front office : Mr. Premnath, Mr. Cyril, Mr. Allwin, Mr. Vivek . Restaurant : Mr. Jaikumar, Mr. Guna , Mr. Manivannan All of us were very happy with the stay and the highlight is the staff!
