The room was clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the executive lounge, since it was nice to have a space to work without worrying about disturbing other family members.
PLEASE STOP THE USE OF PLASTIC WATER BOTTLES. it is wasteful and not good for the environment. Almost all hotels have stopped providing plastic water bottles, why is this hotel still using them? Also, the small amenities (plastic tubes of shampoo, shower gel, etc.) are wasteful and bad for the environment. I wish they would switch to refillable bottles.

Walking distance to the famous Braga street. Impressed by staffs with great service mind! They were helping us very well both for the stay (trying to get us check-in upon our early arrival) and beyond the stay (with our trip to the crater).
If you want to travel by foot with luggages to the train station during day time, the distance will cost you a bit of a sweat (given Indonesia is quite sunny)

The breakfast taste very good at the executive lounge, strategic location near to braga street, and the room was a big size.
The room setting of the electricity for lamp switch on / off should be separated from the master switch so the bed lamp could be activated in the night and the room would not so dark. the sign of do not disturb also did not function well (Lamp indicator off). Limited parking space during the weekend so I should park my car paralelly. I hope the hotel management could fix it further. Thank you.

Location near to braga street, just walking distance. you can enjoy heritage building & some street vendors that selling food and beverages also some arts. it was very good welcome given to me & my family when they realized i am a member of IHG. They send me fruits plates and cakes.
feel awful that they charge breakfast for my 12 years old daughter, the management applied policy maximum two persons for free breakfast.

Staff were exceptional. Very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We were upgraded to a King room with lots of space and a great bathroom...including a bath with a view. Breakfast was exceptional and prices for dinner were very reasonable.
