The check-in and check-out was very feasible. Loving the washing machine provided and the little balcony where we could hand laundry. The restaurant downstairs served nice pasta and Indonesians food too. Its location is also in the centre of the city, grab rides are easily available and wide choices of grab food selection too.

The street is dark at night. It doesn’t looklike a safe area to walk to the claimed walking distant braga walk. It wasnt at all for elderly especially. But considering grab rides fees are cheap because of the location, so it weighs out the minus.

You need to wait for hot water after 10 minutes, I couldn't stay longer to the change of our dates. We wish we could stay longer.

The apartment is spotless and comfortable. I appreciated that Deni and Boni replied quickly and efficiently when I asked questions. The studio has everything I asked for: a small balcony to enjoy the mountain view and a kitchen area for me to prepare food. In all, I love to stay in this apartment again if I visit Bandung in the distant future. There is a swimming pool and gym at level 6 to use which is appreciated. The nearest Braga Street took 8 minutes to walk there.

Clean, modern, and comfortable studio in Tera Bandung. Great location—walking distance to Braga, Asia Afrika, and the train station so I could head back to Jogja. The WiFi was fast, AC worked well, and the bed was super comfy. The building is secure, with a pool and gym, and the hosts were responsive. Highly recommend for a hassle-free stay in Bandung! Would definitely return. Always a pleasure to see Mr. Boni and Mr. Deni as well.

Always feels like home away from home!The location is near Braga and it's a short walk to night market. The apartment itself is clean, stylish, and well-equipped, making it feel like home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, WiFi was reliable, and the AC kept the room cool. The host (Mr. Boni) was friendly and responsive, making the whole experience smooth. Having a restaurant and Alfamart on the ground floor is huge as well. I'll be back for my meeting in May.

It is so strategic, as it is only walking distance to Braga Street. It is so quiet at night, although it is located near to the busiest street in Bandung. The apartments are also equipped with so many facilities, it is so comfortable to stay with such a big group. Check in and check out processes were so easy with such clear instructions. The host was able to accommodate to our needs throughout the stay.

The location (close to train station, Braga street), there are some cafes and resto nearby, the facility (spacious room, owner provide praying equipment, iron, hair dryer, washing machine), cleanliness, friendly staff, communication with the owner. We arrived earlier than the check in time and the staff help us with the luggage storage. The owner also allowed us to check out a bit later.

Hope that they can provide basic amenities e.g. shower gel and shampoo

The location and the building premise is really nice. There is a supermarket and a restaurant in the premise. The room was okay, good for the price paid.

The towels and kitchen wäre was bit old and needs to be replaced. You can hear early morning prayer around 4 - 4 30 am. The toiletries were missing.
