Staff excellent attitude made you feel so welcomed though I'm a bit terrified with the small cockroaches in the room. Hope to come back again.

Massive hotel. Lobby was huge & spacious. I like the location, as a table tennis player, the location is near to a table tennis centre at Batam, just an 8 min walk away. Talking about location: the location is good. 5 min walk away from a huge supermarket, also another 5 min walk away from a huge mall, One Batam Mall. And it's just 10 min drive from Batam Centre to the hotel, so regarding location it's perfect for me. As for the hotel room itself: I really have no complaints regarding it except for the fact that I can't control the coolness of the AC. Also I got no sceneric view of the city from the hotel room so yeah thats quite a minus. Only get to see cute statues placed there which is rather creepy at night. As for comfortability though, it was nice and comfy. Loads of tv channels to choose from, I could stay in the room all day. Facilities: I like the pool. I like the gym, but could be improved more.

CHECK IN WAS A DISAPPOINTMENT AS WE HAVE TO QUEUE.. AND ALSO HAVE PEOPLE CUT OUR QUEUE.. SHOULD ADD MORE STAFF AS ITS WEEKEND.. THERE WILL BE GUESTS CHECKING IN.. THE FOOD DOESN'T TASTE LIKE THE FIRST TIME WE CAME A FEW YEARS BACK.. SHOULD IMPROVE ON THE TASTE.. SOME FOOD TOO SALTY SOME NO TASTE AND SOME TOO SPICY AND TOO SWEET..

Convenient location near Batam ferry centre. Breakfast very nice, staffs are welcoming and friendly. My husband is Vegan, we requested for main course, the staff prepared fried vegetarian noodles upon request was delicious. The hotel is very spacious. One Batam Mall is very near from the property. Swimming pools in the property is very nice.

Lightning is not enough in the room. Got windows but it’s not opened for outside viewing. No sound proof room.

Lina from the front desk and the rest of the staff went beyond to facilitate this fussy Northern European. Amazing service all round. Breakfast was a buffet with 30+ dishes to choose from, quality! Slept beautifully.

There’s centralised aircon and so all the rooms with internal windows are freezing! i managed to swap for a room with an outside window, so much nicer. Some things are broken, but they come within 5 minutes to fix; so yes the place is a little old, but they really look after you. Wish I’d stayed longer tbh.

The room, the ambience, the breakfast buffet , the hotel interior , the location.. everything was Instagram worthy. I loved it so much. If needed to visit batam, will book again.

Some food items are not up to our likings in the breakfast but it was indonesian cuisine nd we don’t know exactly how it should taste..

Two rooms having air cond problem. We called twice and later told that all the aircond on that floor was directed to the ball room😬😬. However, they changed the rooms later and upgraded it. Thank you.

Everything hotel staffs Malls near by safety.When we travelled we need safety good sleep n eazy to get foods.Mall walking distance. Batam ferry and post office are very near.Can see harbour from 6 floors where swimming pool beautiful views.

The breakfast was fantastic! After the first night, the hotel upgraded our room to a spacious room with a nice view. I appreciated that the AC remained turned on when we were out of the room. It was great to enjoy a 4 star hotel at a 3 star hotel price. Hopefully we can return someday.

Location n staff. Pool was good.

Bfast was a little below expectation. Wholemeal bread was missing. Tea was weak. Fried chicken was dry. French beans old n cooking mediocre. Coffee, eggs n potato were great.
