Location is fantastic because of proximity to the wet market and Grand Batam Mall. There are many shops and massage parlours nearby. The bed is firm rather than soft and sunken so I liked it, slept very well! Nice lobby, nice pool too. Service is excellent, ALL the staff were very nice and lovely. Room is generally clean. Shower is strong, so a hot shower after a long day was great.

There were slight stains on the bed sheet but minor so we did not bother to ask for a change. Breakfast spread was ok, the reviews were really good so I had higher expectations but it was still value for money.

I always stay at this property when visiting Batam. Location is very convenient for shopping, spas, food. Room is very spacious. The breakfast had many options.

Just some comments for improvement. I ordered room service - beef burger. Portion was generous. Couldn't use my hands. Had to use the cutlery to cut. But the dolly paper below got soaked and I had to pick out pieces of paper. Leave it out.

the whole place is too dim Eg lobby, walkway to restaurant & rooms corridor. Makes the hotel look dull & gloomy.

The room is comfortable..loved the view facing the pool . Staff were all very friendly.. arrival experience was amazing.. reception staff , concierge and security were all friendly and helpful..it was raining one day and security assisted with an umbrella and helped us to cross the road .

Many staff at the nutmeg restaurant but no one offered coffee or tea .

The staff, Juni, was very helpful. He helped me to get connecting with the third room just opposite the connecting room. Location is fantastic! Everything is within the vicinity, food, shopping mall, massage, etc! The breakfast has a wide spread of food and very tasty. The security saw us pushing wheelchair up the slope and he offered to help! What more can I ask for! I will be back soon!

The breakfast was fantastic - there was a wide range of items from international to local food. There was more than we can try. Location - It was fantastic. Close to food places, shopping (beside a mall), SPA/Massage. Easy to get around and to do things when staying at this hotel. Room - room was decent sized. Quality of the room was okay/acceptable.

My wife and i were here 10th-12th feb, stayed in room 1316; the concierge who walked us to our room (we didnt get his name), thank you for helping with the surprise for my wife for our wedding anniversary; thank you to everybody who made that happen! We enjoyed our stay, room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was good, staff were all welcoming and friendly, and the hotel's location was convenient. Will return on our next trip👍🏻

Perhaps look into adding more dishes to the room service menu and the breakfast food could be kept hot/warm throughout the breakfast period.

Great location. Everything is accessible, lots of restaurants and shopping. Easy access to transportation, many shopping malls and spas in the area. Breakfast was ample and many food varieties offered. It was delicious. The room was very clean and well appointed with toiletries and coffee/tea facilities. Staff were polite, helpful and attentive. The gym located next to the pool is well located,well ventilated and equipped.

The hotel was very clean and spacious! The pool was nice. The hotel was walking distance to BCS mall, Grand Batam mall and the Penuin market. At night, you can find food just below the hotel I definitely recommend and will come back again! Got a free upgrade too! Thanks so much 😊👍

The refreshment drink before check in. During hot days, the cold nice drink really make a different mood. The location surrounded by eateries and BCS mall just a stone away. The room spacious and clean. The view is good!

No herbal drink for breakfast 😢 I love "beras kencur" and "turmeric" drink.. i hotel at Nagoya have that 😆
