location, cleanliness & facilities.

the whole place is too dim Eg lobby, walkway to restaurant & rooms corridor. Makes the hotel look dull & gloomy.

My wife and i were here 10th-12th feb, stayed in room 1316; the concierge who walked us to our room (we didnt get his name), thank you for helping with the surprise for my wife for our wedding anniversary; thank you to everybody who made that happen! We enjoyed our stay, room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was good, staff were all welcoming and friendly, and the hotel's location was convenient. Will return on our next trip👍🏻

Perhaps look into adding more dishes to the room service menu and the breakfast food could be kept hot/warm throughout the breakfast period.

Great location. Everything is accessible, lots of restaurants and shopping. Easy access to transportation, many shopping malls and spas in the area. Breakfast was ample and many food varieties offered. It was delicious. The room was very clean and well appointed with toiletries and coffee/tea facilities. Staff were polite, helpful and attentive. The gym located next to the pool is well located,well ventilated and equipped.

Excellent stay! Great location in Batam near to the new Grand Batam mall (lots of food options). Also a short 2min walk to the market with lots of snacks and local food. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern. Breakfast spread was not bad, local food selection was tasty. Pool and gym facilities are well maintained as well.

Room Walls are a little thin. We could hear sounds from the neighboring rooms quite often.

Stayed at this hotel during 2018 before the covid period started and was impressed with the breakfast. Stayed here for the 2nd time during 2023 and it was still excellent. The staffs, the breakfast, the room even the swimming pool everything was great. I'm not sure why people have some issues with the cleanliness or small cockroaches but there was non throughout both my visit there and everything was clean. Price was great too ! Already booked again for my upcoming trip for the 3rd time ☺️

Superb location, super easy to explore the surroundings

the only thing I don’t like was I found a few small cockroaches in my room as well as my family’s room. I have booked 4 rooms and 3 rooms has found small cockroaches. The cleanliness can be still improved and this the only thing I don’t like about the room. I’m still highly recommend this hotel as the location is so so so convenient for travellers. wet fish market, luxury shopping mall and foos stall all by walking distance only.

The hotel location is conveniently within 8-10mins walk to the shopping malls and eatery places. Lots of Foot reflexology and body massage with good prices. The hotel staff especially the concierge staff are very polite and helpful.

We had booked the hotel room with Breakfast included and were charged for it. However upon check-in, we were informed that the hotel stay is not included breakfast as only from 1 July 2022 onwards, than packages for this hotel stay includes breakfast. We were informed upon check-in that we had booked our stay on 20 Jun 2022 and hence the hotel rate automatically does not includes breakfast. The room also did not include hand towels unlike all previous hotel stay in other hotel.

Hotel is super comfortable & well maintained. This is my 2nd I Hotel in Batam. My first was the I hotel in Nagoya hill. They are all good & value for $. Check in check out was simple & fast. They gave us early check in upon arrival. Staff at hotel are courteous & accomodating. Breakfast is appetising, enjoyable & good variety of food. Location - just across the road is the new Grand Batam mall (Batam City Square Mall is next to A2 foodcourt but I didn’t spend too long there) - just 3 mins walk downstairs is the spacious open air clean A2 foodcourt with wide variety of food choices - Eska spa & massage is just next to Grand Batam mall to do facial, hair & nails, etc at reasonable prices. - Jalan pasar Penuin Center is just 5 mins walk where we order our layer cakes & dried foodstuff & snacks (look for badminton & Tennis sign - Block K No.1)

Hotel is perfect. Keep it up! This is not on the hotel. I only dislike crossing the road to grand Batam mall. Cars don’t stop for pedestrian zebra crossings. They should install a traffic light there.

The front desk staff is super good with their customer service and well handle by the Manager and team on my arrival especially to Ellisa and Mr Manager a very confidence handling on my earlier arrival ...👏👏👍👍💪💪

Cant that i can think off for this hotel...keep up the good work and image of hotel...especially all the front liner from car park till conciege👏👏👏👏👏

A fast pre check in when we arrived and the moment we return the queue was long for check in however it doesn't effect us as the bellman assist to collect our keycard. The room is clean. Breakfast was excellent. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect surrounded with shopping mall.
