The bed was comfortable and the location was amazing. Just a short walk to GBM and other eating places. The staff were friendly too! For the price, it was so worth it!! Would come back!

The building is a lil old but still well maintained. Only thing that bothered me a lil was the toilet door was looking old and had some ventilation window to the room so it was so cold to shower even with the heater on. Also, one if the lift was broken or on maintenance so waiting for the only lift left was too long. We also heard a lot of loud drilling at 9am so it was not that pleasant.

Breakfast was good but the omelette was kind of small the rest OK... Coffee maker is good but waiting for refill so waste of time The bread corner & salad not really attractive.... Fresh milk & chocolate milk must always Wash & change hygiene purpose.... 1 Mie goreng 1 rice & soto will be great Potatoes , baked beans , vegetables & meat will be fine.... Room shower head water too small should change the hose type... The plug too far from the bed

The rather bad & unfavourable reviews does not reflect the actual status of the hotel. All the staff were very accommodating and kind. The receptionist Ms Hiromi was very professional and patient. She went into great lengths to explain the exchange rate of payment and all requested additionals to the room booking was met. The breakfast was great with exceptional daily changover of the menu. The room service is done on a daily basis with issuance of fresh towels and the cleaniness of the room is exceptional. The room came with a smart tv for easy surfing of websites or youtube. There is a Grand Batam Mall less than 5 minutes away from the hotel. It takes about ten minutes to walk to places like A2 food center and Batam City Square. The room is decently sized. The staff were friendly, and I was given a connecting room as requested.

Looks like an old hotel. The toilet has mold, yellow stains are present in the toilet bowl and it appears that the towel provided is a bit dirty, so I'm thankful that I purchased a disposable towel to use instead.

The hotel is at a convenient location and the service from hotel staff were beyond our expectation. We requested for simple decor in the room for a friend’s birthday celebration but we were surprised by the more than simple decor in the room. A special thank you to (Syaiful asstant front office manager) for making the special arrangement.

There is a short steep slope to the hotel lobby so it may be inconvenient for some people.

The staffs are friendly and polite. The location is very convenient, accessible to many outdoor eateries, cafes, restaurants and ahopping malls. The rooms are comfortable and clean The restaurants serves different local flavors for breakfast daily. Adilina from the restaurant is attentive and serves us well throughout out 3 days stay.

Room is clean and spacious. Good location. Short walking distance to Grand Batam Mall, Penuin pasar and massage like Eska and Sanctuary. Staff are polite and helpful. About 10 min drive to Harbour Bay Ferry terminal.

Breakfast is not to my liking. On the day I had my breakfast, the chicken and noodles were too tough to chew. And it would be good that there's a separate standing shower instead of just bathtub with fixed shower head.

It's worth the price! The hotel is walking distance to the mall. The staff are friendly. They have their own driver so don't need to book a grab. One of the best last minute hotels I booked. Dont judge the hotel facade! Good for big families as they have connecting room & add on for the extra bed. Family with elderly not to worry as the toilet floor is not slippery.

The staff is super friendly and helpful especially the manager Pak Saiful. There are halal food nearby and their hotel service is 24hours. GREAT STAY!

The food was cold. Need to remind the staff and inform them that the fire for the buffet was off before they change it. ONLY then, you will be able to enjoy hot food.

Location. Just next to newly opened Grand Batam Mall. Across the road is the famous A2 Food Court, BSC Mall and many massage & beauty shops Breakfast is good for price paid. Sizeable room with cozy beds

Shower area kinda of small. Whenever shower is on, the shower curtain gets sucked in by the pressure and may stick on you.
