Staff here are generally friendly from check-in till check-out. Parking is available outside the property though it is not within private compounds, there are an ambulance of security in the area.The property is nestled deep in the non-townish area of Batam, however accessible to the famous Golden Prawn seafood which is a few minutes walking distance away. Our studio was huge and definitely exceeded some of our expectations and we love the option of having a personal swimming pool and sun chairs. Breakfast were ala-carte though could be stepped up a notch.

General cleanliness of the private pool as well as the rooms could be better. Our studios were right at the end of the compound which for travellers with disabilities or difficulties with ambulating might have trouble walking up the distance (3-4mins walk) Rooms and deck and slightly weathered and aged but nothing to be fussy about. Complimentary drink options and taste could be better.

The breakfast was good. The location was fantastic with a Christmas atmosphere and great for the family with a private pool. it was peaceful with a kampong feeling. All the activities were near the villa. The staff are super friendly and helpful. For example, my room tv had an issue with Wifi, but the staff was very patient and settled it for us, ensuring we able to watch and be happy. front counter Dilla staff was very helpful and friendly. Assist us with how to go places and enjoy good food. Overall my boy loves the place and asks can stay longer. hahaha

There is nothing to dislike.

I like that the pool is just outside of the room. Staff were responsive and polite. Location is 15 mins away from batam centre and 5 mins away from batam layer cake which is a plus.

Room is a little dilapidated. Our room had a faulty heater in the shower - the water pressure for room temperature water was too low and temperature was too hot for higher water pressure. Some rooms had a kettle that doesn't have a removeable plug so you need to lug everything to fill water in. There were ample space for another bed but that wasn't allowed so it was a little perplexing. Mosquitoes in the lobby. Not very wheelchair or stroller friendly especially at the pathway to the lobby. . That said, these are not deal breakers. If your kids really like the pool, the property is definitely worth looking at.

Excellent Villa in the town area. Next to eatery (night street food and cafe) and outdoor playground (go kart, Belalang adventure- shooting, archery, flying fox, etc.). Built on a pond, so nice and beautiful surrounding with elegant lighting around the resort and inside the villa. Cafe located at the center, with live band singing soothing songs from 7pm to 10pm. Good food and drinks served at affordable price. Private pool inside the villa, so kids enjoyed it.

Since it is located near to night cafe and eatery which serve loud music, the night time is a bit noisy. It is out of Villa’s control anyway.

The room was not clean properly, there was stains on the coffee table, the towels smelled very bad and had brown stains on it and our room telephone did not function so each time we needed to go out to ask the front desk for assistance. The flooring where the door is from the pool, was so dirty and had dead insects. The bedroom bedsheets had stains and holes on it.

went here for my honeymoon and it was an amazing stay!! the staffs were very friendly and accommodating! the room was big and spacious! loveee our private pool! they also decorated our bed! highly recommend:))

it’s very loud at night, me and hubs didnt mind as we prefer it to be loud than quiet. theres alot of cafes/pubs around the villa hence why it can get noisy at night! sometimes the alexa doesnt work, have to keep repeating. the wifi also doesnt but the staffs gave alternative wifis that can eventually connect to the phone

Everything is good. Cleanliness, housekeeping, room service, butler, breakfast and reception. Smooth and fast check in. Will definitely come back again soon! All Staff of Woda 👍

Breakfast could have improve or perhap more varities eg porridge or cereal for babies/children. Soup of the day taste not nice (sorry but take this as gd complimentary). We had super inconsiderate guest on the other side laughing and shouting loudly amongst their groups frm midnite till 3am till our babies woke up.

The private pool was great experience for one to unwind. Nice Ambience.The room and pool is clean. Would love to come back with my family of 2 kids.

The aircon really needs gas top up. Even temperature at 18 degrees can be excruciating to sleep. Especially during the noons it's can be hot. In order to, to keep the notice from illume beach bar, insulation can be made better to doors. Room 201 swimming pool door to balcony can be fixed because it's soo hard to open the door. There are broken tiles in the pool which maybe very dangerous at times.

The small private pool, the big bedroom, big toilet area and comfortable bed. Do check in details if booking for the room. There are 4 to 5 room selections.

The music from the nearby restaurants and the hotel bars, played through the night until 1am. But luckily the family can sleep. The drainage in the toilet is slow and I had to wait for the water to slowly drain off before continuing the wash.The toilet flush is not strong.

It is extremely beautiful. From the scene you step into the villa, you can make a great video of yourself walking along the way. The staffs are friendly and helpful. I like the welcome drink mocktail, it made my trip. The bar is great too, located right at the center of the villa. It is not near to the Batam center, but not so far. Grab car will be around $2-$3/ trip to city center.

Besides the villa is a club, music is too loud until 12 mid night.
