Its been quite a long while since I stayed here previously and I must say standard is still great!My room is very clean. Toilet is squeky clean too.Bed and pillows as cozy fantastic as ever too! We simply LOVE Aston's breakfast buffet.The fact that all the dishes are tasty is a huge fete as the buffet offers multiple choices of dishes.As we had 3 days to enjoy the bfast,we tried most of the dishes offered and kudos to their chef! My mother in law came in a wheelchair and for 3 consecutive days,Angee and her team reserved for us convenient seatings and that we were very grateful for. I needed to do some printing and front office kindly did it for me.(can't remember his name) but overall experiance at Aston Hotel and Apartment is very worth our money.Highly recommended!

Only that the water in the wash basin runs super slow and water from the bidet is also trickling.I stayed at room 518 so maybe hotel could look into it.Otherwise all is good!

Shout out to Elly upon checking in..despite there is abit of hickups on the arrangement of the connecting rooms,..Elly did her part by explaining the details to me.. And my special thanks to Tri, I had approached him on the wee hrs of sunday to extend my checking out timing. He is very2 detailed on the details and the best part is he is very patience as me n my husband still discussing on the final check out time. Thank you for the hospitality given from the both of you during my stay in Aston...Hoping to meet and being served by both of you again..and not forgetting the Housekeeping team for Level 7..they were very polite and cheerful..overall much 💜 for Aston...Cheers😍😍😍

The breakfast was superb. Wide choices. The staffs were pleasant and friendly. It was our wedding anniversary and had a deal with Ms Aida and her team to have a suprise room deco for my husband. It’s was really a suprise and my husband was very touched and felt so amazing. The deco was very impressive too. Well done Ms Aida and team. Great job.

I guess the rooms need to be touch up with paint in certain places. The walls were dirty and the toilet needs silicon work to be done to cover the black turned silicon. May consider these two points. Otherwise it was a good stay. 👍🙏👏👌

I’m a vegetarian. I cannot take egg, onion and garlic. The hotel breakfast has limited vegetarian food. Lucky for us, Ms Anggita (a hotel restaurant’s staff) noticed that my wife and I are vegetarians and offered to prepare for us a nice plate of vegetarian bee hoon. We really appreciate her outstanding service. Well done, Ms Anggita! Thank you!

The bedroom slippers. They are made from paper and a thin sheet of rubber. The front portion will fold occasionally and cause us to trip. Accident may happen because of this poor quality bedroom slippers. It would be good to change them.

Staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel room is big and spaces cleanliness is visible all around the property.

The only thing I didn't like is when I checked in the room found that the cool bar was not working needed to call the room service to get it check. They brought in another one to replace but unfortunately not working than have to call again for another replacement. The staff were helpful and got it replaced again. I think what you can do in future before letting the guest check in please check everything is working so it save us the trouble to get it fix when we check in. Otherwise everything was great!!

The staff went above and beyond! Was impressed with the service when I really needed an extra bed. Initially I was told that there was no more extra bed as all were sold out. Reception staff was very helpful and offered to help me check whether at least an extra mattress was available. It turns out that not even one mattress was available. But to my huge pleasant surprise, at 9pm+, service staff suddenly appeared with a mattress at my door!!! Thank you so much for the extra effort to make sure your guests’ stay is comfortable! 5-stars for service! No complaints about the rooms’ cleanliness.

There were very early morning prayers nearby and we were woken up at 5+am almost every morning. I wish the room with single bed could be more well furnished.

Love how it's near to malls and convenient stores. The staff in the day were super friendly and efficient. Great variety for breakfast as well.

On the first night, got stuck in the bathroom for an hour because of the faulty door... Had to break the door and went down to the lobby, told the staff about it but he said all the rooms were fully occupied and we had to wait till morning to change to another room. Got annoyed with the hairdryer as well, it will turn off automatically after 40 seconds? And have to wait for another minute or so to be able to use it again. It took me super long for my hair to dry completely.

It's one of my go to hotel when I'm in Batam. The price is a bit higher in comparison to other hotels of the same ratings. But, the breakfast spread is awesome. Spacious room with super comfy and the aircon is nice and cool. The concierge and security staff never fails to great you with a smile and help you with your bags. I love how friendly and warm everyone was.

Cons: The closet railing was a tad too high for someone who is not 5'5 feet tall. And the fixed glass partition serves no purpose. It's more of a hindrance when you're hanging your clothes.

Clean and quiet as well as the room is very spacious. The only downside is that our refrigerator is not working and the replacement unit is bigger which took up some floor space. Other than that, all good.

The location is not very convenient as there is not much eatery or restaurant around and the hotel shuttle is quite limited in frequency. When I settled the hotel stay via cash upon check-in, the staff at the check-in counter mentioned that they have no change but the change was not even prepared upon check-out time. Which means that I will have to pay more hotel cost. Since we are in the rush for the ferry departure the next day, I did not pursue further. Just felt very strange when such a big hotel did not have any change for the hotel guest.

We would like to express our sincere appreciation for the quality of service that your hotel provides. The staffs at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Kudos to Jessica for letting us check in early without any hassle. We are pleased with the hotel accommodations, as they are generally clean, tastefully furnished and well maintained.

The hotel jacuzzi at level 10 need to improve on the cleaning. Slimy tiles and unclear water.
