The staff were super friendly and helpful, the villa itself was gorgeous and comfortable *and quiet!*. There is a coffee shop / warung around the corner for outside food, but otherwise it's in a quiet area (which is a bonus for me). we just got grab bikes when we wanted to go to canggu or the beach or anywhere else. beautiful outdoor covered living space, lovely clean pool. Breakfast was lovely. especially for the price, this was just the perfect stay for us.

I only have nitpicks: It would be nice if there was a mirror in the living room. I suppose it would be convenient if the staff had slightly better English, but we got by just fine as it was.

Daily breakfast was beautiful. Cleanliness and upkeep impressive. If you were out after sunset, they would dimly turn your lights in your villa upon return. There was always someone on reception and willing to help. They were able to accomodate us for an extra half a day in our villa on our last day, for a small fee, as we had a late flight home. The villa and staff were great.

There isn’t much around. The closest convenience store is a long walk (500m) especially at night with narrow roads. Not many restaurants nearby. The main part of Canguu where majority of good restaurants is about a 10-15m scooter ride. It would be longer in a car, however transport is cheap. Having said that, you can GoJek anything to your villa which we found we did often.

A wider range for breakfast would be nice as it did get quite repetitive but as it is inclusive I cannot really complain :))

That it showed up saying it was 1.4km from the beach when in fact was over 5km(20min) scooter to get there.

The living area was nice and it was nice having a private pool. The breakfast brought in, in the morning was nice. The bed inside was comfortable and clean and mosquito nets were provided so avoided bug attacks in bed. Filtered drinking water was provided.

It said that the property location was in Canggu, it’s not. It is located next to Canggu in Kerobokan, which is a terrible location if you want to do anything. It is stupidly busy and ridiculously loud and you wouldn’t really want to walk anywhere. We heard cars/bikes and beeping all day and night and at one stage loud music from 4pm to 5am the next morning. To get a car anywhere we got stuck in ridiculous amounts of traffic that you won’t experience as much of in Canggu or places like Legian or Seminyak. One trip took an hour to get 1km away. It would’ve been faster to walk. There isn’t a lot shopping/food wise nearby. The doors locked, but then could be slid open from one side so anyone could get in which is unsafe. There wasn’t a safe when we first got there and then a staff member went and got one upon request but it would be easy to take. The power sockets are also dodgy. Breakfast was nice, but most of the staff were polite but weren’t exceptionally helpful unless tipped. The water was turned off for maintenance at one stage and we weren’t told. I found out because I went to report the issue. The glass window was broken in the corner and while things were tidy, they weren’t really clean. Things are starting to age, which is fine, but could probably use some attention. Especially in areas beginning to get mould. The bed inside was comfortable and clean. The bed outside wasn’t clean and had a fair bit of dirt and bugs.
