I liked the bathroom and how private the bedroom is. The staff were very friendly and respectful.

The room is too dark, also the room service which they never replaced the sheets on my bed. I don't like how they show photos of the swimming pool that belongs to the bar neighbouring the property looking like it belongs to the hotel.

The location is perfect, you have the beach just in front and is not the busiest part of the island, which makes it eve better. If you want to go to the busy part, you just rent a bike for 6AUD per day, you can go to turtle point to do some snorkel and spot turtles (I did it as soon as I got into the water) and the come back to see the sunset. You have the open cinema every night two minutes walking for free. The breakfast was good with a see view, super nice. They have a bar and a great swimming pool to chill which makes it perfect. We had our room serviced everyday! Really worth to spend a little bit more but enjoy so much confort as they provide. Definitely would come back :)

We checked in and no one explained anything, just gave us the key. We had to ask later about the breakfast hours, where was it served (it is in a restaurant outside the hotel). We also had to ask if we were allowed to use the swimming pool in the bar at the front (they charge a fee if you are not a guest). We also had to ask where to rent the bike. I mean, nothing terrible but they could give you a little bit of info or as every hotel does when you check in.

Frii was great to stay at. We spent the whole period we were in Gili T with them. Friendly staff, large and comfortable bedroom, good restaurants and amazing location facing the sunset. Outdoor toilet was a nice bonus!

For the first 3 days we were there we didn't have hot water. we asked if they could get it fixed for the 3 days and after a few complaints they fixed it. Also when we ordered food from the bedroom with the room service and we specifically asked (and confirmed) for the vegetarian option and they sent chicken with it.

WiFi sucked. breakfast was 🫤 the property was on the other side(away from most pubs n cafés) of the island.

Breakfast was good. But a bit disappointed cos the girls at the live egg counter forgot to prepare my order, realised only when I waited and checked after almost 45 mins.

Also, the dinner order from the previous night at Hula left me absolutely disappointed, when I placed the order waited for almost an hour and nothing was served. When I checked again, they apologised and took my order again, but no show for the second time. I checked nearly 4 times and after waiting for 2 hours they didnt have a response. I left the place and bought a take away from another restaurant nearby. So, its a absolute No No for food (both breakfast & dinner)

We loved that we had our own bungalow style room with an outside bathroom which was beautifully decorated. It felt like a resort and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable with a huge bed. Fantastic location and amazing restaurant where we had our breakfast each morning. We would highly recommend you visit Rabbit Jump next door if you like a beach club with great music. We would definitely stay here again

The property is a bit further up from all the clubs but we loved this, the vibe is a lot nicer this end there’s a lot of cute authentic restaurants, bars and shops. Staff are really friendly.

There are a lot of flies in the island in general but they do get into the room sometimes especially with the bathroom being outside. Of a morning they played the same “peaceful” music on repeat for about 6 hours I felt like I was going insane.

All the staff members were really nice. They helped us with any questions we had and took care of anything they could. Amazing

Although the place is really clean and nice, the way the accommodation is built the AC had a hard time getting the room really cold. It does get to a nice temperature where you can sleep as a foreigner though.

I've stayed here for 5 days on a solo trip and although the hotel is under some renovation and the main pool is not available, I loved it! The location is on the quiet and most peaceful side of Gili T, the hut was very nice and comfortable and cleaned daily, and the beach club that's part of the hotel is just so nice. There is a smaller pool there, kitchen with delicious food, sunbeds to stay on the beach and live music on some days. Also, the staff is very sweet!

Wifi at times doesn't work, but I wouldn't say it's a problem.

Amazing rooms and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Very nice staff. They have a buffet breakfast, delicious and with many options. The best place during my vacations. You can use the swimming pool in both restaurants next to the resort (which are wonderful too). I prefer this side of the island, is more chill and not full of people.

The swimming pool close at 9pm, before they say in the check in, 11pm. But it's just a detail.
