The staff were amazing! Every single one of them. Great atmosphere, they made us feel so welcome! The cabin rooms are perfect! Food is great quality as well! Bikes are free, you don’t have to rent from the city centre which is a plus as well. The guys playing live music everyday were AMAZING as well! This hotel has to be one of the top hotels I’ve ever been to. I recommend it without a doubt!

If I have to say then only one thing, the drinks (alcohol) are quite pricey. But I do understand, they have to get the money back from somewhere, I mean there is no entrance fee to the beach club, and the rooms are a great price as well. This is the only thing really.

on arrival welcomed with face towels and cold drinks. The staff were extreamly welcoming. We arrived earlier than check in and they managed to have our room ready early. The location is perfect in gili t and the hotel allow you free use of their bikes to cycle round the island. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The cleaner was super lovely and we even used the laundry service here which was great. We paid for the breakfast included and we’re expecting typical continental breakfast but we had choice of an amazing menu plus a buffet type breakfast on top we rate the food at this hotel 10/10. This was our favourite stay when travelling Bali. We will defo be back. Thanks so much!!

This was my favourite hotel we stayed out throughout our trip. The rooms are simple, modern and comfy. A cute little balcony with a hammock, my room overlooked a part of the garden with all the palm trees. The swimming pool area is so pretty. The breakfast options here were delicious. There’s also a buffet of different pastries and other treats to choose from. Best we had and all the other food options throughout the day were so tasty!. Hotel is about a 15mins cycle to the busy area. Nice to get away and be on the quieter part of the island and lots of options for movie nights on the beaches and nice dinners along there too.

The resort was very clean, the staff was amazing, there was live music on some nights and there was a free bike service. the resort is quite hip, so if that is what you are looking for, this is the place to go!

- Be careful when you book, the foto’s are a bit misleading in that you think you book a bungalow whilst you actually book a simple hotel room. we upgraded to the bungalow at the location, this was however double the money. we heard a lot of people thought they booked a bungalow as well. - the food is great, however we would have liked some more Indonesian options.

Comfortable pillow and bed, nice balcony area, great location as we liked being away from the business of the island & amazing sunset, free bicycles to explore the island, waitress staff were friendly & chatty, decor is lovely

For a 4 star hotel, breakfast could have been improved - selection of breakfast options were great but every morning the “hot option” for breakfast was stone cold (eggs were stone cold so they are clearly cooked prior to breakfast and then served) which let it down massively, pool area (beds and pool tiling) needs some TLC as many rips in the sun beds and the pool tiles are falling off, booking the boat through the hotel to Nusa penida proved a lot of effort and reception staff made it difficult and long winded, hotel advertises and encourages the horse and cart as the only option of transport (this isn’t unique to the hotel as horse and cart is widely used on the island however, It is disappointing to see the island/ hotel supporting this form of animal abuse).

There is nothing to complain about our stay at Lumi. Everything was great, the rooms are cozy and the service is impeccable. The staff is very kind and attentive - they always greet you with a smile. Especially Karin and Ria were super helpful and kind. We felt very well taken care of by everyone! The sunsets are amazing in front of the hotel, and the ocean and beach are beautiful, especially during high tide. During the day there was almost no one in the water, so we had the beach to ourselves for a swim. Also, around noon you see a lot of turtles poking their heads out of the water - they come really close to the shore and its very nice to see them occasionally on the waves. The Garden of Lumi is very beautiful between the coconut trees and the restaurant/breakfast, and has a couple of hammocks to relax in. The saltwater pool is great and is the most beautiful we have seen on the island since its raised so you have a good view towards the beach. The breakfast was also delicious and we tried something new everyday - the western and Indonesian were equally good. The buffet also had different pastries everyday - there were a few Indonesian sweets there too. The fruits were delicious, especially the fresh papaya and we got to try snake skin fruit and Mangosteen. If you need a serene and comfortable place to enjoy a bit of luxury and quiet - this is the place to stay in Gili T.

I was the second time at Lumi and I just love it! When you drive around anf look at the hotels, Lumi is outstanding! There are many nice hotels but the vibe at Lumi is just wow! Love the pool,the food, the free bicycle rent, the beach area .. the cleaning personal does also a great job! Everyone is friendly. I would stay there again!

The rooms are small but have everything you need. What I don’t like is that you can hear a lot from inside the rooms. The doors smashing in the morning and people talking. The doors could maybe have a door closing softener so that the doors wouldn’t always smash. Other then that, perfect!

I was in love from first step there. Price is reasonable, because you have bikes which is important at Gili T, location was incredible for sunset, big recommendation to stay here for this attraction, it is most perfect spot for it! I ordered some food at the bar during the day and it was good, breakfast includes fruits, veggies and you can order some avocado toast or extra food from special menu, with was really good. Our villa has not the best location but was good view and small terrace. I would definitely come back.

Beautifully designed property. Breakfast was good, allowing you to select from continental buffet items like pastries, pancakes etc as well as choosing an item from the menu. Location away from the main part of the island makes it more peaceful and we enjoyed being able to bike to the rest of the island (bikes are free in hotel).

The shower would not stay one temperature, it would go really hot then really cold every 30 seconds no matter what temperature it was set at. Due to its further away location on the island, getting a horse and carriage with luggage is really the only way, for those who do not like horse and carriages it can be quite upsetting. Only 1 pool where beds filled up rather quickly as it is also open to outside visitors.

the design, comfort, ambience, staff and food are exceptional. location is far from central market which is busy and noisy. the location is on the west side, sunset is exactly in front of the hotel. breakfast is a la carte, on your request not buffet which is very good. they can arrange everything for you : boat, airport pick up, horse cart, snorkeling etc. hotel was designed by well known architect, very well and aesthetically designed. staff hospitality is very outstanding, I appreciate a lot

almost nothings. except that we have to ride bike to reach restaurants, shops, harbour etc. but we all know this. no problem at all
