The location is perfect. Smack bang in the action. Noise didn't bother me at all. Didn't even need the ear plugs. The pool out the back was the only cold pool on the whole island. It was literally amazing. Food is great 👍 Rooms were clean and lovely. Beds comfortable and icy cold aircon. Would highly recommend paying the extra for the poolside rooms. They are much bigger and nicer than the others. Will definitely book here next time I return. Also loved all the cats that lived in the resort. Highly recommended the massages at the in-house spa.

Loved this hotel, staff is so kind, the vibe around the pool was just on point with music and lighting, the cocktails are so freaking good and such a nice spot to enjoy a chill shisha. It was so convenient to have the best restaurant of the island just downstairs, breakfast was great too, they had an Indian twist to the breakfast menu which made it so interesting for a change from the classic breakfast during all our trip. Room was clean n confortable, convenient space for 2 big luggages. Location just in front of the beach n main beach is great. Obviously its extremely loud at night if you are not out partying yourself. But it's how the vibe of the island is, music till 1am at least, then i don't know we slept so good with earbuds in. Totally recommend this hotel :)

We paid extra to have a room near the pool and it was worth it. The hotel restaurant is very good for both breakfast and other meals. The hotel is next to the port.

Cleaning has not been done in a few days and we were told that we have to request this service to have it done. The sun beds at the beach and pool are removed at around 5 pm, which is very early, considering that the beach is dirty and you cannot stay directly on the sand. I recommend water shoes to go to the sea, as there are a lot of corals and rocks and also mosquito repellent.

Unbelievable oasis of lodging and food! Staff absolutely adorable! I have mistaken the dates and although non refundable they helped me change it! And were so kind and attentive at all my desires and needs! So warmly recommended! One will never regret! Not to talk about the location (and aesthetic!) 3 mins from port and in the heart of all life in Trawagan! Will definitely return! Grateful to all and special thanks to Wayan for her kindness!

The location and staff are absolutely amazing!!! We had a good sized room with a king bed and great a/c - very comfortable!!! You step out of Pesona and have bars, restaurants, shops and the beach right there. They seem to be very popular for diving too as there was a constant flow of PADI training. We loved the Indian influenced food in the gorgeous restaurant upstairs which overlooks the bustling street and the beach.

I found the chemicals in the second pool quite strong but I’m sensitive. I thought food and the Spa was expensive in comparison to other places but am aware it has a central location and that we pay for that. It’s near a club so can get noisy in the evening (ear plugs are provided).

- Location was perfect for me, close enough from the harbor so that we didnt have to hire the horses, but far enough that we avoid the crowd entering Trawangan. It's in between the left area (reggae bar area) and to the right area (scallywag area and the ATM) - a central location, exactly what I was looking for - the people are the best! They're not only kind and friendly but also smart in providing great service. I asked for a wine bottle opener, but they ended up offering to bring the wine set (glasses, bucket with ice) and even helped opening the wine bottle. Thank you mas Ridwan and Hady for the amazing service! Also, one day I forgot my key at the door outside, and when I went to the receptionist I was glad to see the key at the keyholders (one of the cleaning stuff must've given it back to the receptionist). - CATS! They rlly take care of the stray cats and even putting their names on the wall, and providing food and drinks for them. whenever we came back to our hotel, the cats were always there to welcome us - felt like home. Missing Ralph already. - love the front beach area! spent lots of time here enjoying sunrise, having bfast, chilling while waiting for sunset or even midnight snacking after back from a night out. - Place is clean

- No trash bin and tissue provided in the room, just in the toilet so needed to go back and forth to the toilet for them. - light in the room is yellow light (which is okay) but it's a bit dim without white light (a bit hard to do my make up) so I wouldve preferred having a white light too for a brigther room. These are very minor matters tho. I would still definitely go back to this hotel

Area a bit noisy at night - but not something I didn’t know before. Booked through them a boat+shuttle back to Ubud - paid way more to have a safe travel back. but when I got out of the boat all shuttles didn’t have my name on the list. it was a really bad experience for a solo woman traveler arriving in the evening to an unknown place. Did talk to the manager after and he was very nice, offered to refund me for the extra taxi I took back to Ubud & a free meal at their Ubud restaurant. I do recommend going there - I had a lovely time with no complains about the hotel, just maybe book your travels back from a different place.

Great pool, comfortable stylish rooms, extremely helpful staff who helped us book a snorkelling tour and rent bicycles. The restaurant is also amazing! Most delicious Indian food.

The only problem we had was connecting the Tv to wifi to use Netflix, because we were only there two nights and were out all day we did not tell the staff but am sure they would have fixed this is we raised it.

It was centrally located right by the pier and restaurants, beautifully decorated, stunning views, and very modern. The staff were friendly and lots of amenities and services were available. We used the hotel spa for amazing massages and rented bikes from reception. The reception were available on WhatsApp if needed, which was very convenient. We ended up returning to the hotel restaurant for dinner multiple evenings as the food was delicious. The TV in the bedroom also had Netflix, a nice touch!

The location is exceptional and right on the beach, with incredible views. The room was spacious, and we never fe;t that we needed more space (there were 3 of us!). The staff is lovely and always ready to help! Will definitely return!

The noise from the club next door is not ideal, but they do provide ear plugs to try and manage the noise.
