Loved the central location to food, shopping and transport and how easy to access from the street, although the 24/7 security out front helps you feel safe. The staff on site and remote via the app are super responsive and helpful. I originally only planned to stay a few nights but it easily became my main stay for another week and a half with how good it is. Visitor carpark makes it very convenient for family or friends to come visit. Its a tiny apartment but it feels modern and there is a good use of space. Great for a solo traveller who doesn't want a single hotel room. Its a serviced apartment so you do get your bed made, fresh towels, dishes washed daily if not every other day. It is very well priced for what you get. Hopefully they don't increase it too much in the future since it's great value.

The washer dryer only worked once as a dryer. It stopped drying clothes but I didn't realise and kept trying different settings until the on site staff mentioned it was having issues drying. She kindly went ahead and dried my clothes for me and within a few hours received them back folded which was great. The AC unit in the bedroom wasn't particularly cold so had to rely on the AC unit in the living room to keep cool.

- Some facilities in the room (202) need updating (the tap in the bathroom no longer holds its place and drips water from its pipe). After two weeks of stay this became a major nuisance. - When using the washing machine in Wash n Dry mode, the temperature could only be set to Cold (as instructed by Housekeeping staff), otherwise the operation would cause the whole electricity in the room to shut down (it actually did, the first time we used the machine) - Iron provided (Phillips) is the simplest model, which was barely useful as it does not produce steam at all hence does not do the ironing job well.

What a great stay !!...From the time I arrived I was given an early check in, which was really appreciated after a 22 hour flight..The apartment is exceptionally clean, and serviced daily...All the necessary items are there..fridge, microwave, stove, kettle, iron etc.. Its in a very convenient location, close to the mall, shops and banks.. Very friendly porter and a simple process to check in..good security as well. The lift is reliable as well..

Nothing to complain about

This apartment defenitely suites for a single traveller or for a couple. It is well equipped. We were staying there for three days with our son as it was mentioned on the booking.com that there was a sofa bed, but, surprisingly, no linen was being provided for that sofa. We just bought the bedding for the son in the nearest mall (Block M), but I think, the owner should add this feature to the ad. Otherwise, it is a comfortable flat, even for a long stay.

There was no linen for the sofa bed, and the sofa bed needs to be cleaned.

So spacious, clean, amazing location (less than 5 min to Blok M Plaza), really appreciate the inclusion of the drinking water, bed was comfy, bathroom was huge

Some of the fittings were a bit loose (tap in the bathroom for example) Could also include a bigger bin in the kitchen Otherwise everything else was fab

1. The front gate, it would be better if the visitor could be given the access code with no need to ask security to open the gate 2. the sofa pillow are kinda stinks 3. for four night stays, it would be better to check the gallon and refill it because on our last night it was almost empty. the room was always cleaned everyday and the gallon should’ve been refilled. 4. i put side notes on my booking that i want to get a room not prone to noises outside, but i got the room on the first floor which was quite noisy in the morning, i hope you could pay attention to my request in the next booking. 5. low water pressure in the shower

Excellent facilities for self catering and self laundry. Electronic pin secured door entrance. Proximity (walking distance) to various eateries, groceries and malls.

Security guard didn't know at first about my announced very late check in. Had to call someone. However it didn't take that long. Attention when using the washing machine: max Temp is 40 degrees. Higher will trigger the fuse. Floor cleanliness could be better. A disinfect station at the entrance would be great.

The cleanliness, along with the attentiveness of the manager and in-house staff, is exceptional.

The appartement is quite spacious and very clean. The interior is modern and sleek. The facilities is excellent. Superb location. Very friendly staff.

While I was there, the hot water pressure was not always consistent, especially when filling the bath tub but for shower it was fine

I liked the quietness of the street although it is in a very busy area

I would have like to have windows with Mosquito nets.
