Comfy big Studio with Microwave, Seating area, 2 TV Screens, HBO working, Good WiFi. Great view. Nice breskfast Area. Clean. Friendly staff. Many food courts close by. Big Shopping Mall in walking distance.

1 Air Condition Unit did not work (Bedroom). Bathroom was used as smoking area. Smelled bad. Flooring is damaged and Curtains need to be washed. Breakfast simple but tasty.

Neat and Clean Hotel. Above my expectations considering a 3-star hotel. The entrance and ambiance were nice. The breakfast was also good. I had taken the Junior suite, and the office table was comfortable in the room for me to work, and the Wifi was also fast.

There was a cooking smell on my floor. On Day 1, the room was fresh, but on Day 2 upon return to the room, there was a dirty smell inside the room. The staff was nice enough to send me some air fresheners for the room. The breakfast spread was okay, but limited. I am allergic to fish, so on Day 2, they had mostly seafood items, so I could only eat croissants, fruits and eggs. It was a self-serve buffet, so the restaurant didn't have servers around, and when I finally asked someone about a dish, they couldn't communicate in English. The swimming pool is small, but I didn't use it.

Located in a nice area of Jakarta. Within walking distance of a big mall, shops and restaurants. The view (especially at night) from my small balcony was stunning. Even if you don't have a balcony, you can enjoy the amazing view from the nicely furnished terrace on the top floor. Friendly and helpful staff at reception as well as at the breakfast restaurant. Many different and tasty choices at breakfast.

One of the reasons I booked the hotel was their spa. Unfortunately, the spa was closed and I did not get the massage I was looking for. That was a bit disappointing. Like in many places in Indonesia the only alcoholic beverage they serve is beer. Since I am not much of a beer drinker I would have appreciated having other choices (wine, spirits etc. )

I love the pillows! It was thick, soft, and so comfortable. It helped me have a good night's sleep. The table and chair are quite convenient to do some work. The TV cable was nice too. As for everything else in the room, including the bathroom and the amenities, I have no complaints as I got what I need during my stay here. Also, the breakfast was pretty good. There's a pretty good selection of foods.

On a particular spot beneath the bed, the floorboard is loose and is easily noticed when I step on it. The AC could be noisy in a specific setup (either AUTO or COOL). However, those two things didn't bother me much.

Beyond the territory, there is no footpath anywhere. We had to walk to the mall with all the cars and motorcycles sharing one road. (nothing to do with the hotel) Later, we started using a cheap taxi.

i love everything here. the people are so friendly and accommodating, it seems a bit dark in the hallway but it doesn’t feel creepy at all. the bed and also the pillows are so comfy to the point that I could just sleep all day. they provide laundry room and also kitchen in some of the floors for guest to use and it’s for free even tho I didn’t use that facility but it’s good to know. may be next time when I visit jakarta and decide to stay here longer, I probably will use that facility.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room was really comfortable & clean. Breakfast is good and have varieties. The gym is not so big but it fit for me just doing some work out. One of the best internet and tv channel we have ever experienced in the hotel.  Very recommended & will be back again for sure.

Stayed there for one night as it was next to the embassy we needed to visit the next day. The room good, had comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast was included (not too many options but ok overall). The staff was very polite and helpful, they also let us leave the luggage for a few extra hours after checkout.

One curtain had holes in it

it is situated near the Russian embassy and a big mall. The beds are comfy, and they clean every day. Also, you can wash and iron your clothes for free. The staff is amazing

AC was working not that well, and Wi-Fi was not loading the movies properly, it got disconnected often which was very annoying. The shower zone is very small.
