I stayed only for 1 night and booked a room with a twin bed. Unfortunately, the room wasn't available upon check-in. We got an extra bed in our room instead. It is not a big problem for us. The room was spacious (we think we got upgraded) with a city view to Satrio street. It was very clean. The staff were quick on their feet. The room was comfortable. Walking distance to Lotte Shopping Avenue. I would stay here again if I ever have business around the area. Would recommend this place to other people as well.

I have written a review in 2019, now i would like to update again the service standard of Avissa Suites. With my last 2 stays - over the past 2 weeks, their service standard has once again impressed me. From the moment I reached the hotel, they are all in smiles and greetings. Not to mention it was already close to 10 pm. Do not hesitate to communicate any request to them, i can assure their positive attitude & service standard is able to meet your expectation. Most of their TV Channels are in full High Definition. It’s really surprising. Many hotels have HDTV but their channels are only in standard definition. Their WiFi also free, stable and fast. Breakfast is also good enough for me. Wonderful experience, once again.

The property is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and have different menus everyday. I want to specifically thanks to the security staff who find my gold ring on the parking lot. I feel grateful for his honesty and for keeping it safe for me.

Its a shame that each room didn’t come with hair dryer. Though you can ask the receptionist and they will deliver it to your room. However, the hair dryer were too small and it took forever to dry your hair especially if you have long hair.

The room is spacious, big sofa. The rate include breakfast and the menu is difference on the first and second day and the taste is very good. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

We get big room but the customer in the room below us is very noisy, they sing and chat with loud voice until 2am so we couldn't sleep. The staff has warned them and moved us to smaller room so we could sleep that night. The next day staff help us to move to other room, smaller than the original one.

1. The location, close to Ambassador mall with plenty choices of food, in the middle of the modern & protocol district 2. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable with soft white sheet. A little old design and color, but it's ok 3. All is clean, and feel homy, like the lobby, and especially the breakfast room with wide view window

1. Unfortunately, the breakfast was not as good as their sister hotel on the same street. Not so many choices. I think this could be better. 2. Fortunately, they gave me a room with outside view on check in, so I can see skyscrapper buildings and see the sky, that I didn't know they have rooms in the middle of the building with view just to watch the other wall and pond of fish, and the light just from the roof. So I will remember to ask a room with outside view if I have to stay here again.

Location is great. It’s abt a minute walk to the main road. Lots of restos & coffee joints . Taxis are easily available. Close by to a few Malls.

Breakfast- they could do better with the food choice. Very limited and Everyday it’s the same dishes. The sister hotel serves better breakfast menu. The fruits should be chilled.

As usual, I keep staying here whenever I’m visiting Jakarta especially whenever I’m having something to be done with Danish Embassy in Mega Kuningan! This hotel has been a witness of my struggle to reunite with my Danish husband, through all my visa journey. Thanks so much for the super comfortable place to stay when my mind was in complete mess 😅

Breakfasts not too much intercontinental, room I had was next to elevator and I could hear everything. The view from the room was into atrium without natural light. But those things are only small details.

Because of the culture there. You will hear the chanting sound at some specific times but it’s still great.
