Great pool (the highlight of the hotel) and nice staff. The breakfast selection was decent & rooms are comfortable. We also enjoyed their room service margherita pizza.

Check in is already late to begin with (3 pm), but one of our rooms weren’t ready until around 4 pm. Thankfully, they gave us late checkout for the hassle. The carpets in the room look quite old and could use some refurbishing, so I’d personally classify it as a 4-star rather than 5. But overall a comfortable stay.

The quality of the swimming pool water was clean compared to other regular hotels, room cleanliness was good, room smelled nice when we entered, employees were polite, friendly and helpful. Breakfast variety was enough for us, we really enjoyed it, I really really really appreciate that the bathroom has bidet shower installed, I was very very very happy for that. Ambiance was spot on, we felt relaxed right away when we entered the lobby. If you ask if we are going to go back here again, the answer is "Yes, definitely".

The room had couple of stain spots on the carpet, but that doesn't really bother me, yet it makes me wonder every time I see them, hehe (I understand how hard maintaining a high pile carpet like such, but we know you can remove the stains slowly but surely. because its a really nice carpet! ^^). Breakfast section was excellent, yet they can improve on the Indian food section (the pakora was soggy and didn't taste like the pakora I knew, but nothing major). The walls felt thin, the snoring from next door woke me up at 3, I thought someone constantly moving a huge table.

The pool was very nice and big, plenty of room as not crowded, with separate small kids pool. Breakfast was good, plenty of variety and well organised. Room was nice and comfortable, good shower, and sufficient sockets for recharging the multiple devices that accompany one these days. TV had all the normal satellite channels. Lift access worked well, not crowded and door cards worked well (not pre-maturely cutting off like what happens a lot on the last day usually).

While we registered 3 guests on booking.com, the number of breakfasts included was still just 2 for the room, which wasn't clearly shown in this app. The hotel was good about it and offered sufficient discount, but worth being careful about and app should consider updating to be more accurate. Shower door opening direction was awkward, wetting bathroom floor, so would be better redesigned, and also add more towel racks to allow for drying wet swimsuits.

A little slice of greenery in central Jakarta. The staff are LOVELY. The pool is nice and big, and designed like a lazy river, and there are a bunch of little huts and cabanas around it. Breakfast is plentiful and there’s a decent variety. The staff really make the place though.

You can see that the staff has made efforts to keep the place nice, but it’s on the older side and that’s visible. Like the rattan on some of the deckchairs is sagging and needs to be redone. Poolside dining and beverage options are on the pricy side, and the range isn’t wide.

In the confusion and the trafic jam of Jakarta, this is a superb place to relax. The facilities are located in a inner side of the hotel and this allows you to stay isolated of the noise of the city. The swimming pool is huge and the hotel has also a nice gym. The restaurant at ground zero is serving every day from 11am to 10pm and has an excellent Indonesian cuisine. The breakfast is also superb.

Only negative point: rooms should be more soundproof

Location by station was good. All staff very friendly. Really liked the fact our room use was extended a few hours for our departure and we didn’t have to ask - this was offered. Cookie on arrival a nice touch. Pool area fab.

Room was generally clean but someone needs to occasionally hoover behind bed heads, and cupboards as v dusty there. Maybe hard to reach but certainly dirty in those places. Didn’t like the glass water bottles - would like a more sustainable option.

Breakfast was extremely nice, and the coffee shop was great as well. Staff was extremely helpful at all times and any issues were addressed quickly; my room had a broken chair, but it was replaced within 15 minutes after I reported it. I also liked it very much that there was a wired Ethernet connection available, and even the wi-fi connection was quite stable for hotel standards. One restaurant order was delivered wrong, but I was quickly offered a replacement and a complimentary bonus, which was very nice.

The phone line to reception/guest services from my room was extremely crackly and poor quality, it was very hard to hear the other side but they didn't seem to have a problem hearing me. Also, not related to the hotel, but the Goldenbird taxi service from hotel to airport was very uncomfortable; I can certainly understand it being frustrating to the driver as well to have to drive through rush hour, as the trip took well over an hour, but fidgeting around and mumbling to yourself and motioning and driving aggressively for the whole time makes the drive feel quite uncomfortable, almost felt guilty for having bothered the driver.

We had a lovely 3 night stay here and received exceptional service from the staff, especially the concierge staff who assisted us with booking a private driver to tour jakarta for the day. The hotel took security very seriously and we felt very safe and secure throughout our stay. The pool area was an absolute pleasure to relax in with cocktails and to cool down. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The location was more suited for business travellers and in what appeared to be the government district so not a lot for tourists in the direct vicinity, however, taxis and drivers made it possible to get around just fine.

Everything was perfect. The room was spacious, the bed super-comfortable, the bathroom large, pristine and highly functioning. The swimming pool is wonderful and the breakfast buffet is beyond belief! The breadth and variety of food on offer was jaw-dropping. Every single member of staff spoke good English and was trained to a very high standard. They were truly lovely. They made a big fuss of me for my birthday and I really appreciated that. The use of WhatsApp makes communication much quicker and easier, and was highly effective. Absolutely fantastic. I never wanted to leave.

The room was brilliant. The bathroom was large and modern with plenty of space to move and have friends over for a drink before heading out, the view was great, and all the staff members were top notch. The lvl3 and lvlG restaurants were both excellent, I wish I had more time to eat in at the hotel which is an unusual wish in a city as big as Jakarta with so many wonderful restaurants and goes to show how good they were. Room to keep the large bag open all the time, storage for lots of hanging with appliances like iron already there which might seem like something you should expect but was missing in some other hotels on my holiday, so this was a relief. Overall made for an excellent last-stop on my trip.

The window between bathroom and bedroom had a privacy print on it but could still be seen in. Made it a little awkward when my friends were with me in the room. I would increase the privacy value of the print on the window for more comfort.
