the staff was very very helpful. we enjoyed the pool in the roof. the property is safe, they lock the gate for the night. pls be aware that you will have to take bike rides or taxi to travel in Jakarta.

this part of Central Jakarta is not really close to the centre, we had to take bikes to the Mall or anywhere else, nothing is walkable. the opposite side of the road is a night market, might not be pleasant. be careful with your food in the room, there are ants near the sink.

The location is very strategic, close to movie theater, food court and hospital.

Some of the furnitures and electronics are already old and need to be replaced.

We were here for our visit to RSCm, so the location is superb. The hotel was nice and comfy.

The wifi connection is not stable.

The location is conveniently within a walking distance to the Cikini commuter train station and nearby eateries. The building is rather tucked away from the main streets, resulting quiet nights to sleep in. A communal kitchenette is available on each floor. A toilet is separated from a shower room, both located within the unit for private use.

Because we booked online through booking.com, we were provided with one bath towel. The two of us stayed there for three nights and one towel between us was unacceptable - ended up purchasing a towel in a nearby shop. The swimming pool seemed to be poorly-maintained. The murky color of the pool water stopped us from having a swim in there..

I really like the apartment style, the details, very comfortable bed and cozy on general!

it’s a double room apartment but they only give you 1 towel, if you want another one you have to pay for it, which is unbelievable for me, since it’s an apartment for 2 people. plus the pool was really dirty when we arrived and we couldn’t use it, only the next day the staff told us that was out of service.

towel is not ready in the room, toothbrush need to ask, reception staff not standby, no one pick up phone. rooftop dont hv place to hang around.

The first loft room, which they gave, had a xtra large sized rat, which welcomed us as soon as we opened the door of the room.The staff was kind enough to arrange another room for us. That room was average, and the sink was leaking.

I have no idea.Coz, we dont stay here even one day actually cause we change our hotel for My baby safety.We worried he’s falling down when playing at stairs..But when am wrote to this hotel/property for refundable our money back at least half price, the hotel/property not answearing me at all.

At least the hotel reply me once or how i dont know to clarify whats My status of our full payment which Is cost RM1000+
