the staff were very polite and attentive. they made our stay very comfortable. the quality of food and location of the hotel is excellent. our room size was perfect.

unfortunately there wasn't enough coffee capsules placed in the room, and we felt very uncomfortable to keep asking for more. also being a cigar smoker, at night, the designated smoking area was in a very dark and unconvenient ambience.

Everything. One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Beautiful interior, incredible room and wonderful staff. It has THE most incredible breakfast including pastries the finest French bakeries would be proud of. The widest selection of top quality food, I've ever seen. Such a stunning hotel. The bed was ridiculously comfortable. Honestly, it was just the best all round.

They allowed smoking in the bar, albeit it was air conditioned and had extraction. I simply don't want to breathe in other people's smoke.

Very elegant, clean and perfect location for city breaks. We loved and enjoyed our stayed there . Staffs they were so friendly and customer service wise I’m happily gave them 10 out of 10 . Overall experience, we had a blast and they brought me box of chocolate, cake and balloons decoration in our bedroom on my birthday 🎉. Massive thank you for Yolanda and the team to made my birthday even better .

There is an old world charm in the Four Seasons that is missing in many modern hotels. The interior is magnificent and spotlessly clean. The staff are attentive and discrete. The Four Seasons excels at first class service. Everyone, from the cleaners to the management make you feel welcome. Also, the back room staff are worth a mention as without them the hotel would not function. Clearly I like the Four Seasons. I like first class service and they are very, very good at it.

Nothing is perfect but I fail to think of anything of note to say in a negative way.

In typical Four Seasons style everything was absolutely effortlessly perfect. The staff were incredible, going the extra mile on everything. They made us feel like the only guests they had ever had there, everything was very personal and so helpful and charming. They even tracked down my lost luggage. The food at Alto was exceptional, and the hotel is really beautiful. A fantastic stay in every way.

we booked for 6 ppl … 2 children and 4 adult but they insist during check in we have booked for 5 ppl, though the confirmation emails from booking.com was for 6 ppl we put the ages for our kids, but they consider 14 yrs old as adult, they give us hard time during check in ,,, they told us they will make it up for us by considering the 6th person for free!!! all the booking details which we received though booking.com was for 6 ppl !!! it is not something complimentary from their part !!! it is our reservation ,,

very beautiful hotel, kind service, delicious and varied breakfast (especially on the 20th floor), wonderful spa, and we also enjoyed time by the pool, which is designed as a beautiful oasis in the city.

we encountered various technical and organizational hiccups during our stay, but the staff helped to resolve them.

breakfast was exquisite, they let us bring some of the food back to our room because my brother was feeling unwell and had to leave breakfast early. I hurt myself swimming and the staff couldn’t be more helpful providing 1st aid. room was huge, plenty of amenities, they truly live up to the 5 star standard. just overall great

This hotel was immaculate from the second you enter you are very greeted with a friendly welcoming energy joined by an amazing lobby. We had a massage in the spa which was arguably the best massage I’ve ever had Alain in beautiful settings. Not a single bad thing to say about my experience. I thought it was good value
