We were welcomed with pretty decos in the room. How very thoughtful of them. And the staffs are so friendly, super duper helpful. Thank you so much for the pleasant stay. Thanks to Iwan, Dita and theres one lady i dint get to ask her name (she even came us to personally bid goodbye when we were about to grab a cab to the airport). They were able to fulfil all of our requests, even at 1am- looking for taxis from Ancol to the hotel. Thank you very much! We had a great time staying at Ritz Carlton.

Everything was great;

Except for the check in. The checkin time was 3pm and we were there at 3:10pm, but rooms weren't ready till 4:30pm. And when i asked for late check out to compensate for that, they said, 1hour complimentary late check out, 3 hours will cost IDR 2Million and full night charge a minute after that.

Everything was perfect! The staff were absolutely amazing. They helped me with my full proposal to my wife to be. Everything last minute, they went out a bought me wedding ring box, decorated the room (amazingly May I add). Me and my wife to be could not have been happier. The staff even gave us a little teddy bear for our son waiting at home. Huge thanks to Velma, Melany, Nandhira, Houdy, Galang, Steven. I literally could not have proposed without you guys! ❤️❤️❤️

Everything was amazing

The room was incredible. Mayfair suite was huge with so much space and comfort! The staff were so friendly and couldn’t have done anymore to make sure we had the perfect stay! The pool and spa facilities were impeccable and the lounge bar was fantastic with food drink and service

Our one night stay was wonderful even since before we arrive. Guest relation staff contacted us through mail to make sure we’re gonna have all we need at the hotel. It was such a warm greeting and service during check-in time. We also requested some arrangement for our daughter birthday since the staycation was dedicated for her. Miss Mia from guest relation and her team (Muhtar, Melany, Vanco, Junne, Anna, Adinda), really i cant thank them enough for the thoughtful and amazing arrangements! Our daughter was so impressed with the e-card with her photo on it, her favorite character (Minnie), and evenmore her favorite song played repeatedly♥️ We’re really touched by the hospitality and feel so grateful to choose Ritz Carlton MK for our staycation.

Spacious room with high ceiling. Large and comfy bed. Super lovely bathroom with the view. Breakfast was good. Friendly staffs. Love the outdoor area near swimming pool, its perfect for short getaway if you want to stay in Jakarta with Bali's ambience. It was my 3rd experience with this hotel and always be one of my fav hotel in Jakarta.

1. Room lighting is too dark (only use the yellow light bulbs) so i can't work at night. Should be better if they mix yellow and white lights and install a different lighting type. 2. Inconvenient basement parking 3. Old style furniture

Service was excellent, they promptly met all the needs. Buffet breakfast spread is wide. Staff is polite and helpful. Big thanks to Mia, who was very attentive and helpful.

Some minor hiccup on transportation location, but the staff handled it professionally, and refunded the transport fee.

I REALY WOULD LIKE TO THANK MR MOHAMMED RIZKI FOR HIS KIND ASSISTANCE WHEN I GET SICK ON 6TH OF NOVEMBER AND THE DUTY MANEGER THAT NIGHT BUT MR MOHAMMED RIZKI OFFERED ME AKIND CARE HE TOOK ME TO THE HOSPITAL AND BROUGHT ME BACK TO THE HOTEL. It’s extremely spacious. it’s the perfect all inclusive staycation hotel.

i could hear people from the outside i could hear my partner from the inside (my hearings are sensitive tho) Some furniture seem old and fragile

It was all fabulous! Breakfast at the Asia restaurant was a bountiful array of deliciousness!

For a solo traveler the standard rooms seem very big - I recommend the spa rooms on the 5th floor - much more cosy!
