Good location between central en Old Town, although Jakarta is so big that you need a taxi anyways most of the times. Beds were clean and great pool to cool down after exploring the city. There is a small mall with a Subway, Indomart and a coffee place downstairs.

Carpet in the room was a bit dirty and the beers at the bar were quite expensive, also for hotel standards.

Location perfect, receptionist staff awesome specially who welcome us on Saturday 21st Sep 24 when we check in. She is awesome, i am sorry i havn't got a chance to know her name. They welcome us as if we are vip guest.. we got welcome drink and welcome snack that we never get in other hotel we have been stayed. The room are sooo good, they give us perfect room right in corner spot, we can see jakarta from many side.. thank youu The staff are very nice, the technician, the staff who serve for kids activity, they all trained well and educated people. Really pray for them and for they'r family.. Least but not last i want to say thank you to Ching ching, guest relations head officer. You have such well trained employee, you must be proud of them.. Over all, its really a memorable time to stay at Vertu Hotel 😍🤩🥰

Nothing in my mind right now

Everything👌🏾 Especially the clean facility's, super extremely friendly staff, everybody is so generous, great breakfast, so many choices, food and dinner is amazing. Rooms are so big, very clean. There is to be honest nothing negative about this hotel. Vertu Harmoni Jakarta is the place to see Jakarta, nearby next to Monas, Glodok and LTC building, overall top location. One more thing... a great compliment to Asri from the reataurant, super friendly and very beautifull woman 🤗

Nothing at all

This is a superb hotel. Knowing that I had stayed here before, they upgraded me without asking to a suite with a lovely welcome letter. The room was large on a high floor, with great views, clean and with ample storage. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of choices. In fact, there was nothing I could fault, except for the check-out nightmare.

A major flaw is the way the Reception desk take the Caution Deposit at check-in. Most hotels will place a hold with the credit card company and release it immediately when the customer checks out, so no money actually moves. Harris Vertu actually took 4 million IDR ($260) out of my credit card and it took 5 weeks and lots of phone calls, emails and stress to get it refunded. Because $260 was missing from my account for such a long time, I was prevented from enjoying many things during my holiday. This is utterly incompetent and unacceptable. Customers should be wary of this and try to avoid this nightmare, maybe by paying deposit in cash. The hotel really needs to re-train its finance managers.

We received a free upgrade to an apartment room. Big room and decent sized bathroom. Living area was spacious with work space and seating. Tv in bedroom and living space. Nice Staff. Lots of restaurants and shops in the vicinity. Huge variety of breakfast available from a few different cultures. Beautiful setting in breakfast room.

Could hear some construction from room

All. Room was very nice and new, bed was confortable. Pool Is perfect and are also present some sunbeds, dedicated showers and jim. Since out flight was in the evening, the staff let us stay in the pool and use the showers also After our check out Very nice hall and nice smell all around

Just dinner in the restaurant i didn't like.

Love the refillable water bottles! And the personalised note and complimentary desserts when i first checked in. The selection of teas was also appreciated.

The shower head had a bit of a leak and i didn't bother to inform the front desk as it was a minor inconvenience and i didn't want anyone in the room. Hopefully they realize and fixed it.

Second time here. Location wise it was excellent, all you need is a few walking distance away. We like the relaxing space of the level 5 smoking area. Perfect for travelling groups to convene and plan activities to be conducted for the day. The suites are value for money. The staff were very well spoken and mannered. The Spa was surprisingly exceptional, Highly recommended.

Despite checking in late, one of the four rooms was not ready upon arrival. This is however a minor issue.

I have stayed at Vertu Harmoni multiple times and have enjoyed my time at each visit. The staff are friendly an helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. I also like that there's a convenience store and restaurant just downstairs. Will stay again. Thank you!

Conveniently located next to a small mall. The staff were friendly and helpful. And the pillows were amazing!

The shower was a little faulty and the carpets are due for an overhaul.
