The room was amazing, I asked for a nice view and the reception gave us the front city view. I could watch the sunset, and Jakarta's amazing skyline. Bed, pillows and linens were so comfortable. Room was big and I love the lightings and the big TV as well, they didn't hurt my eyes when I work on my laptop. Love the working desk too! Breakfast was great, the coffee machine was a nice touch. The breakfast team was awesome, full of smile and always happy to help. We will be back for sure.

Room was clean, size was just nice for 2 pax, enough toiletries. Buffet breakfast was fairly good, but staff was awesome, especially Anwar, he was really serving the extra mile.. We were going to a 4AM church service, didnt have time to grab bfast, he packed croissant for us to bring. You guys are blessed to have him in your team!

Handshower was leaking, but we could turn it off so no issue at all.

I love its near the bus station. I love that the staff is helpful and friendly. The housekeeping team really did a good job. I also love that all holiday inn express comes with laundry and iron room. Love the gym.

I dont like the room smell. There is some smell so spray some perfume or use some essential oil will help to eliminate the bad smell.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and majority of them spoke very good English. Our room was spacious and the beds comfy. Clean rooms, however if you want to be picky, there are few little areas that would require improvement and fixing, but it didn’t affect our overall experience.

Good location…there is a lot of nice street food in the near, cheap and delicious. The hotel is modern and very clean. The receptionists are warm-hearted.

The water for shower is not so warm. And the breakfast really sucks…I like warm tea with bread in the morning but they only offer oily broiled chicken and pasta…It looks more like a lunch.

This is like my 5th time staying here, I forgot. It was really good every time I came back. Things that are good: location, staff, bed, cleanliness, breakfast, facilities, check in/out time. Wouldn't mind to come back every time I visit

Some of the things that need to be improved: parking, shower head, aircon, variety of breakfast.

Lovely hotel with great staff. Clean modern rooms overlooking Jakarta. Breakfast offers several continental options!

I think there should be a designated smoking area outside (I am a smoker myself), so it gets less messy with cigarettes and cups

Good location. Great buffet breakfast with several options. Super helpful staff. Bed super comfortable.

Traffic noise could be heard from the room. Some stains on bedsheets, although it was super clean.

Staff was very helpful and polite! They made the stay even better! Hotel was very clean.

The breakfast did not have everything if you don’t eat rice for breakfast. Maybe more bread and fruit options would help.
