The room was really clean and the hotel staff was very helpful. The shower was nice and spacey. Overall, the atmosphere of the hotel was cozy and fresh.

The door that connects the room to the room next door, was not very sound insulated. Which means that the sounds from the other room were clearly heard. The underground parking is relatively small. It was difficult to maneuver and to find an empty parking spot.

Located close to a mall which had a well-stocked supermarket where I could by my own breakfast.

Breakfast choice was very limited, and replenishment of things like bread & eggs took forever! The butter provided for toast seemed to be cooking butter therefore I purchased my own butter at the mall. New for this visit was a self-service coffee machine, providing lattes, cappuccinos, etc.

New hotel so the cleanliness was not really an issue. The staff were very helpful throughout my visit.

Breakfast was mainly traditional to the region. The coffee machine was often not working also the bread toaster. I ended up buying French pastries from the mall and eating this for breakfast most days.

We were so happy with the hotel. Our room was very clean, tidy and stylish. The bed was clean and comfortable. The staff were all so helpful and professional. We loved the buffet breakfast, the food was really good (and the drinks too). The hotel restaurant interior setting is also very cozy. We could order food too at the hotel restaurant for lunch and/or dinner and the food was always delicious. In our opinion, this hotel (and the restaurant) is very well managed. So glad we chose this very nice hotel.

We left something behind in the fridge. Has called the reception to verify the items, but it took about 5 to 6 hours to verify the missing item. I called at about 11pm, only received return call the next morning at about 6am...by then we already about to fly back... We have checked out in the morning. .., I supposed by then should realise about the missing items...

The location is ultra convenient for our purpose, easy access to the Highway and conveniently located mall 200mts walk with multiple food outlets, supermarket and more.

Room is neat and spotless clean, it's new building. Location is superb, less than 5 mins to Citos mall. Food for room service is so yummy, i recommended their nasi goreng kampung, affordable price and delicious

Should reduce single use plastic for mineral water as hotel also provides water galon in each floor corridor...

The location is perfect for our purpose of staying, walking distance to Cilandak Town Square is also a plus. The staffs were amazing, all are kind and professional. The hotel itself is relatively new and clean.

The cleanliness of the room was very nice. The staff were helpful. with check in process and with our lugagges as well

One of the bathroom didn't have lock (room 316) so it was a bit uncomfortable when using it.

The location is very near Cilandak Town Square, easily accessible in South Jakarta

check-in was a little slow. there was also a problem with the bathroom door (it’s a slide door that sometimes stuck).
