Breakfast was amazing! Great selection of food they had. I could have eaten there all the time. The room was simple, clean and with enough room for 2 people to move around. The shower was strong and the bathroom decent. The pool at the top is a nice place to relax (if only they lowered the music volume!). The staff, especially the cleaning staff, were very friendly and helpful. They helped us arrange a taxi back to the airport, nice of them to do this for us.

The check-in process was very very slow. It took them ages to get our keys ready and we went to the room only to find the key didnt work. We had a long journey and were exhausted. The staff could do more to speed things up. The queue became so long because of how long it takes them.

Clean. Friendly staff. The staff was very kind and also the managers asked me every day How I’ve been doing, which was nice. Pool and rooftop bar which is nice. Good location.

The place is super busy. The restaurant is right at the entrance, so you are stressed when youre sitting in the restaurant because of the hustle and bustle around you. Checkin: had to wait 20Min (it was already past 2 pm) and the guy I had was not really friendly (probably due to stress) at the reception. The room stank very badly, so I called the receptionist and they sprayed my room. Afterwards everything was good. The facilities in the bathroom are a little old..

Great room with big bed big windows with lots of light with the sun coming in until dark. The room was very clean and everything in good order. Breakfast was great with lots of food and the food was hot not warm, which was good. Parking was easy enough and there was lots of space under the hotel. Being a member we could have checked out much later in the afternoon which was a great offer to be given buy alas we had places to be.

Nothing really. The water pressure was low using the shower but still good. We had no problems during our time at the hotel.

The room was comfortable and the bed was big. The room was cleaned each day and fresh towels provided. The staff were very polite and were always checking that things were of with the stay. Breakfast was very nice and there was a good variety.

There are not a great deal or restaurants within a few hundred meters if the hotel. However, bluebird taxi’s are extremely cheap and can get you to further places for food.

The location is awesome. Everything I need is in walking distance, for example, minimarket, public library, food stalls, and many more.

This hotel should provide butters, not margarines for bread or toast.

wi-fi speed can be improved, I finally end up using tethering from my smartphone Plate, bowl, fork and spoon from room service was left overnight at the corridor, and it was taken the next day after I told one of the staff that in progress preparing a room

All of the staff were extremely helpful and kind. The facilities were great--especially the rooftop pool and bar! Breakfast was a little expensive, but there was a wide variety of foods to choose from.

The bathroom was not super clean, and the towels were a little stained and old. There was no hand soap, which I asked for a few times, but never received.

The location is very close to Jakarta Library; The room is clean

The room was not ready yet at check in time (2 pm). We waited for almost 1 hour to get the room key.
