in easy reach of the airport. staff were very friendly and helpful from check in all the way to check out. Food was of a high standard. pool was lovely. Also because the hotel was fully booked our suite rooms got upgraded to higher level suite which was greatly appreciated. Lounge was very nice and staff the weekend we stayed were really lovely and accommodating.

we stayed over a holiday period (Eid) so check out was extremely busy (not the hotel’s fault) as was the pool. Tiny things like not replacing tea bags and not enough towels when the room was booked for 3 pax, however they were very prompt when requesting more towels. lounge not available for children during the week which I was not aware of when booking. I would likely not have booked had I known: perhaps after 7pm would be acceptable but surely not during the day!

This hotel was what we needed at the end of a long tour. The hotel is directly connected to an upmarket shopping center (which was useful to replace a damaged suitcase!) which also has a good cinema and plenty of good, varied restaurants. Beware that at the time of writing you still need to wear a mask to enter the shopping center. The hotel itself is really nice with a compact but classy lobby and lift area. The staff were very professional and helpful, especially ordering taxis. The rooms were very smart and had an exceptionally comfortable bed. The rooms are also well equiped with coffee machine etc. The shower/toilet area was very nicely designed with a button to make the glass see-through or not. The room was light, but not with best of views of the city..

It is perhaps a little more expensive than similar options.

The room we booked was extremely spacious and it was very comfortable for my wife and I. It has all the facilities that we needed, and most importantly it was really clean!! Another thing that we enjoyed the most was the breakfast. The selection was world class and the quality of the material was really good, really fresh. If this swissôtel really tries to embody the Swiss philosophy into this hotel, it definitely succeeds, I can see so many Swiss way of thinking in this hotel. Well done and keep the high standard up!

Location is great to where I needed to commute to.

It’s interesting to note that the F&B teams here has better service quality that the reception and concierge team, excluding porters. They don’t seem to fully comprehend simple asks, or be able to throw a smile. Room pillows are too tall/high and stiff hence causing neck aches. For the price paid, I’d expect feather instead of poly fil pillows.

Very conveniently located to the airport for our trip out the next day. The super king bed was a really nice surprise and very comfortable. The room was bigger than most we had stayed in and well thought out. The staff were friendly and helpful and the cocktails by the pool were amazing! Enjoyed the location next to a mall and plenty of eateries nearby within walking distance and the location appeared to be more designed for tourists and expats so it had a more relaxed atmosphere. Lovely stay all in all!

The concierge wanted to charge us for our room again despite it having been paid at the time we made the booking and tried telling me that would have been an authorisation only which wasn't the case, but eventually managed to find the record of payment having been made as I had claimed. Not a major issue but did make check in slightly less enjoyable.

Swissôtel Jakarta PIK Avenue is the newest premium hotel in Jakarta. Swissôtel Jakarta PIK Avenue is a luxurious 5-star hotel that offers more than 400 rooms and suites. The hotel is only 15 minutes’ drive from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport and has direct access to PIK Avenue Mall. The hotel offers authentic dining at The Chinese National and vitality-inspired Pürovel Spa & Sport. The management and all members put their customers at the highest priority. The hotel reflects Swiss Hospitality and the highest service quality. We booked 3 x Premier Rooms out of which one was upgraded free of charge to Suite. The rooms are only 27m2 and they have air conditioning. The food is very good and the staffs are extremely supportive. We were offered an extra bed free of charge. The only downside is the fact that elevators (lifts) are slow compared to other hotels. We also hoped that we could get a bay view. We were celebrating our 15 wedding anniversary and the hotel has prepared our 2 connected rooms and the upgraded suite to reflect our celebration. Our amazing experience started with the great reception of the hotel management and staff. Welcome drinks and Cold towels were offered as soon as we arrived. Since it was our first time at the hotel, we were offered a special scarf for each of the family members. Free well-designed Cake with 15th anniversary and fruits, as well as drinks, were provided at our suite. The bed was decorated for honeymooners. The Breakfast was delicious at the Restaurant. The hotel management and all team members have made our stay exceptional and therefore we cannot forget our great experience in this hotel.

The property is only a 20-min drive away from the airport which makes it a good layover for a connecting flight. The room is clean with chic design, and the breakfast was really good with many choices. The hotel has a direct access to the PIK Avenue shopping mall where you can go for dinner.

The restaurant inside; The Chinese National, was awesome! Also good help from the staff and very friendly overall. Besides that, the hotel is located in a very safe and vibrant area. Easy to go to Chinatown and explore this part of Jakarta.

Our bill for the laundry was super high; €60,- for just 2 t-shirts and 4 underpants. That was a shock. For the rest it was an amazing stay.

*There is PIK AVENUE MALL beside the Lobby. *In the centre of PIK. Many choices of restaurants. *The Breakfast buffet also excellent. *The Room very clean & good smell.

*I book the standard Room, the size is a bit smaller than other Hotel. But it's new & clean. *Just input, the coffee latte i ordered when breakfast was so bad. May be Hotel can improve.

The location was great — conveniently attached to a mall where food & entertainment can be found. The neighbourhood is bustling with life and the room feels sweet and cosy. The lobby, corridors & general decor / lighting were intimate and the view of the district was good.

My rainfall showerhead wasn't working and there were two overhead lamps above the bed that I couldn't figure out how to turn off. Slept through the night with these lamps anyway.
