The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped to make my trip very enjoyable. Huge appreciation for the security staff who always made sure that I was safe while waiting for my GoJek/ Grab. The Front Desk staff were very resourceful and kind.

I liked most of the facility that this hotel offered. Minor thing that made me uncomfortable was the pillow in my room. The pillows were too firm for my next and I oftentimes woke up with sore neck. I didn't ask for new ones because I usually came back very late to sleep and did not want to bother the staff.

Perfect for family holidays and location is strategic in South Jakarta. Affordable pricing and great value for the money. Kids and family activities are a wonderful add-on. Staff and management are very friendly. The meals from the kitchen are world class and well-presented.

Still no smart TVs in the room. No way to stream content or connect mobile devices. Wifi signal kept dropping in the room and at the kitchen/pool area. Pricing for business services is super expensive

The hotel is relatively new, the bed is comfy and all staff was very friendly and attentive. The hotel is near a mall and there are plenty of eateries nearby. Traffic can’t be helped but the location is quite good and is pretty much accessible anywhere with a cab.

We stayed there for a few nights, they would call us at 10am+ every morning to check if we needed housekeeping since we have the “do not disturb” sign hung on the door. I find it a little disturbing since we put up the sign for a reason, we did wanted to sleep in longer on one of the days but the call interrupted our sleep and woke us up. I don’t recommend the hotel to continue this practice in future for those who have a do not disturb sign on their door.

Was charge way above the published rate for adding one day before the original booking. Talked to the manager and was told it was bookings.com rate. Checked with bookings.com, they said it was the hotel charged the rate as bookings.com didn't have any authority to change the rate, not nice feeling as we stayed here twice for 12 nights combined. The house keeping didn't check the room thoroughly, there was a window has a big gap around it to allowed hot air and noise come in; few curtain hooks were off the railing, both weren't fixed the second time we checked in. I notified the housekeeping and they were fixed very quickly. The sound proof could be improved as the window is facing the highway.

I think the towels were not really changed during my first night because it was wet and there were hairs on the towel that weren't obviously mine.

Locations! Nice lobby The room are clean and big enough. Trans Jakarta station just a view step and all mall shops can reach by walking ,good maintenance and the staff are very friendly

Swimming pool its oke not very much on the sun side a bit shadow but it’s good for relaxing. There is no pool for kids it’s not recommended for infants

The location was very strategic, very close to Gandaria City Mall and various restaurants, and skywalk to the bus stop (Velbak & Ps Kebayoran Lama) and train station (Kebayoran). The room was very comfy and modern, the lobby was spacious and elegant.

The TV resolution was a bit grainy, it was not of very good quality, The parking was also a bit hard when there was a wedding in the restaurant, no staff whatsoever in the parking lot to assist us in finding a parking spot.

Underrated hotel, really! It’s more than what I had expected. The location is central, close to almost everything from malls, hospitals, restaurants etc. The hotel is beautiful and spacious. The room is big, the bed is comfortable. And the swimming pool, though it’s rather small but it gives you the holiday vibes.

TV inside the room was analog and outdated. I wasn’t able to connect any personal devices for media or entertainment. The check in process using credit card is a bit of a hassle.
