The property was very family friendly and there was lots going on at the hotel which made it very fun. The staff were really kind and helpful.

We had booked a king bed. Upon arrival, we were told we had a twin bed despite paying more for the king. After proving we did pay for a king, it then took nearly 2 hours to prepare the room and we didn’t get to check in until 5pm. We were given an afternoon tea for the inconvenience however, this shouldn’t happen at a 5* hotel. As check in is already 3pm, we felt we missed out on part of the day. The kids pool slide and play area is very old and looks like it’s falling apart. The buggy service from Jimbaran beach stopped at 6:10am meaning you had to miss the sunset or stay and pay for a taxi back to the hotel.

All the hotel staff were warm, friendly, and accommodating. The meals were good too. The bed was comfy but because of our room location, it could get noisy at times. One complaint however, we like to take an evening walk around the hotel facilities (ie. Pool) after dinner but we found that the lighting was insufficient and made it difficult to take in the scenery.

Breakfast could be improve. Especially on temperature for hot food, many items are just warm. Hot food must be hot. Egg station could be improve during peak time. Is Coffee and tea could be more faster for service. Kid breakfast area too cold

I loved everything about this property it was magical so much to do absolutely stunning everywhere you look. Staff exceptional food exceptional the most amazing resort we’ve ever seen and such amazing value for money. Friendly staff clean rooms amazing kids club perfect for family’s we took our two year old son and he had a bawl the list just goes on and on.

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place at all the only bad thing would be that I only got two nights wee will be back for sure thank you all so much

Loved everything about the hotel. Great facilities, lovely pools for adults as well as children. The hotel did everything to accommodate our needs and with three children this is exactly what we needed. The beach is very near, less than 5 mins walk through a lovely green path (pictures attached). The staff are the best. Very modern, super clean and new hotel. Rooms are very new and large.

The buffet is only on wednesdays. Not a lot of walking places outside the hotel but there are a good number of good independent restaurants right next to the hotel.

Resort was definitely upto the mark. The pool running the length of it meant easy access to the same. Well maintained property, would love to come here again. Food: preparations were fresh and tasty Room: spacious and clean Pool: clean, lots of activities+cabanas Spa: good variety of treatments and good masseurs Kids: play house for the kids to play in Location: very close, 15 min to the airport

Anarasa restaurant: limited food offerings which can wear you out after 2 days Room: creepy crawlies and mosquitos in the balcony. Need to be wary Pool: shouldn't close at 6, needs to extend time Spa: shouldn't close at 9, needs to extend time Chocolate Hour: it is a joke. Can avoid. No hot chocolate,only fountains and cakes and chocolate fondue sorta dips

Great breakfast and kids club!

The water play areas were great but could include a few more areas for younger kids.

Room was large and very clean, the hotel was in a good position to get around Jimbaran and there was plenty for teenagers to do. The pool was a good size also. Breakfast was great

The complex was a little "packed in". Lots of guests for the size of the property. It was almost impossible to find a pool chair on a sunny day. Great for families with young kids, plenty of pool activities and play areas. Not so great for noice factor if you don't have young kids.

Nice rooms, well-designed and very clean hotel (no mosquitoes), 20 min from the airport, excellent breakfast with great menu variation (we stayed for 10 days and had rarely menu repetition). Friendly, always helpful and hardworking staffs made our stay very pleasant. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel/within the complex. Short walk to the beach, which has the famous Jimbaran seafood restaurants. Money changer with fair rate around the corner.

The maintenance is satisfactory, but there are small things that need to be kept up (e.g. our make up room button did not work, although this is not a huge problem since the housekeeping timing fitted our schedule).

It was a lovely resort with everything you need. The staff were friendly, hotel was clean and comfortable. Close proximity to the beach and good options nearby for eating (Samasta square).

The worst thing is trying to get a poolside chair, guests get up early and put their towels on them to ‘reserve them’ and there simply isn’t enough to go around. Hotel staff should monitor or more chairs need to be provided.
