We loved the room, view, pool, and menu provided.

The beach has trash all over it and I encourage the Four Seasons, as a very respectable hotel chain, to do a better job cleaning up their portion of the beach. I understand it is not an exclusively private beach, but we found numerous plastic containers, wrappers, and even a razor on the beach. I understand that trash on the beach is not unusual for the area, but the hotel should do their best to clean it up everyday.

I liked everything about the resort the staff were so polite and helpful and the food was amazing and the rooms smelled good everyday and very clean I would definitely come back again for my next visit every thing was perfect and I really will miss the hotel staff so much and specially buda the butler for my villa number 3 he was very kind helpful and polite and also he founded some lost money in the villa and he came and told me that he founded the money and I was shocked because if it’s someone else he would just take the money and say nothing but budh my butler was very honest and loyal he came and told me that he founded some money under the table while cleaning … thank u fourseasons for making my trip to Bali exceptional

The garden villas were fantastic - well designed and maintained. Staff service was excellent as you would expect from Four Seasons. Food was very good especially at the beach club restaurant in the evening. Top class resort with good management

We had one slip up on allergies at the Alu pool restaurant where despite allergies being clearly stated on order and subsequently reconfirmed by the waiter they twice brought food with allergens that my daughter can't eat (and would have made them ill). Also there is only one tennis court which is heavily booked and has a broken net.

Probably the best SPA we have ever visited. Rooms look like little temples with a pool. All the materials are super high quality. Service was exceptional.

1. You can clearly see the airport from the beach! Planes constantly landing not far away at all. Thats not advertised on the photos! However, I have to add that the beach is clean and well maintained. 2. Was not impressed with the food at breakfast. The options are extensive, but the quality didnt live up to what you would expect from a Four Seasons. For example - fruit was not perfectly ripe, bakery items were dry, and other items were largely bland.

Staff was incredible, as is usually the case in Four Seasons. Concierge service helpful in setting up activities and restaurants. The villa was very nice.

The beach is just very dirty with a lot of floating and scrap all around - but it is nothing the hotel can do about. There was also some limited noise from the construction site next door and dogs (again nothing the hotel can do about). There was loud music one morning and the hotel launched a full investigation into the matter.

Everything was incredible and amazing about Four Seasons Jimbaran Bay.

It was our mistake with the conversion rate - 10x more than we thought we were paying ever as part of a special deal. After calling to try and explain our error and cancel, we were reminded of the single night fee due even if we didn't stay which was $1,454.73AUD FOR JUST ONE NIGHT not $145 as we expected. Yes, we were very optimistic. And as lovely as the resort is, this still feels an exorbitant rate. A basic, 330ml Bintang beer in the mini bar was priced at $8.50 (normally in Australia $2.50) and a 375ml wine bottle was $57 which, once again, for an average bottle in Australia that you might pay $20 was pretty steep. As such, we walked along JImbaran Bay to the local seafood cafes to find dinner (which was excellent) than dine at the resort.

We absolutely loved our stay at this resort in Bali and is one of our favourite. The front staff took great care of us on our arrival. The welcome drink was fantastic. The rooms were very beautiful. The food and cocktails were delicious as well. The Balinese bath in the room was our favourite, and very different, as it added the cultural touch. Our guest experience manager was very sweet and checked on us each day for any assistance( apologies I cannot recall her name). We were also taken care by Indra who arranged a beautiful temple blessing with special dressing as per our request for our anniversary. We are so grateful for the same. Atik dressed us up and also taught some Balinese dance which was very interesting, she was a sweetheart as well! Our rafting at Sayan was very nice where Roby took great care of us. Catherine from front desk also helped us a lot with useful map and places information .Yuvi from the restaurant and many other staff also helped with customised dishes.I may not remember everyone’s name, but the staff assisted each time for all queries and kept in touch for any help needed. We are so grateful for this holiday and resort, as it was not just the facilities . We got to learn a lot about Bali through the cultural and other activities conducted at the resort. Moreover, the staff represented the Balinese culture at its best reflecting warmth and care. I miss the holiday and the staff already. thank you so much 💗

World class service especially for honeymooners starting with welcoming us with a flower bouquet congratulating us on our wedding then setting up our room with welcoming letter and cake then again in the afternoon they surprised us with a cake shaped fruit that was delicious.. everyone in the hotel was so nice and welcoming from lobby to room service to house keeping it really felt like you were home from the attention in the details till overall experience.. thank you Martini and Merlina for everything you did for us much appreciated.

Resort was beautiful, spa was amazing, rooms were perfect, employees were all exceptional!
