The room and bathroom were very good. The mattress was probably the best mattress I have had in the past 10 hotels I have stayed at. VERY GOOD. The pool was about what I expected. Breakfast was good, with a lot of variety in items to eat. The staff was VERY HELPFUL every step of the way, whatever the need. Exceptional experience with staff help.

The hotel is located in a part of Kuta with extremely narrow streets. Until we actually got the the hotel and saw that it was a legitimate hotel, I was afraid we would be staying at some hole-in-the-wall facility where I would fear for my life. The hotel was just the opposite of this; it was very nice. It was just in a section of town that seemed a little strange.

The General Manager, Mr Pranta offered to give us a late check out on departure and use of another room until our late flight back to Melbourne departure at 7:30pm. Thank you again for your generous hospitality it was very much appreciated. We also received a room upgrade upon arrival and felt very spoilt for the duration of our stay.

The hospitality, breakfast, bar, kids play area, and the effort from the hotel to make our stay as pleasant as possible. very close to massage places, shopping, bars, CBA atm

The location is close distance with Kuta beach! It’s 10mins walking distance but I find it not safe to walk especially at night time. The location is very nice which all the room has pool view. It would be nice if you can get pool access room unfortunately the pool access room occupied most of the times. The breakfast very nice and choice are lot! Can’t enough space in tummy to try in the morning! Breakfast 5* rate. I’d suggest to get motor a bit distance with hotel as there are many and reasonable price compared to next to hotel. Many beautiful hotel surroundings this area. Be extra careful with magic people surrounding in Bali especially when u go to any money changer.

Bad experience during my stay in 4 points, went to walking distance money changer to exchange local currency! Pls be extra careful don’t go to any nearby money changer to this hotel all are full of black magic or evil ! They cheat our money! I’d suggest change your current in your country or any authorised money changer in Bali those in Malls are trustable! The rest are good.

The hotel facilities were nice and well kept e.g. pools were clean, garden was beautiful, lots of options available for different bars and places to eat. The staff were amazing, and catered to our every need. Great location, only 15min walk from most places in kuta/legian.

We had a few issues here unfortunately, we found that the room was very small with very basic amenities. Because there was no fan or window in the bathroom, there was a terrible smell coming from the drain that we couldn’t mask. The air conditioner leaked on our floor. The restaurant was quite expensive and we often found ourselves questioning how the bills got so large when basic things were purchased. We also had an issue while checking out, as we were told the spa gets charged to the room but that wasn’t the case. There was often really loud music that would shake our room coming from the rooftop pool and the restaurant which was ok until it started getting late and we are unable to catch any rest.

The breakfast was value for money and great variety. A special lady Riri made our stay amazing. Riri went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after. Thankyou Riri. All the staff were super helpful and friendly. The rooftop pool and bar was so much fun and I could take my son so he could have fun swimming while I had a cocktail. The room was cleaned everyday during our stay and water was always available. I felt safe to let my son walk around on his own or stay in the room on his own within the 4 Points which was great.

We loved everything about this property!!! Some of the highlights for us were…. The beautiful entrance and well maintained property, friendly staff, best breakfast ever! Location is great because it’s close to everything but very quiet. Both pools are beautiful and we especially loved the gorgeous island spa. Guna the operations manager who was always at the hotel making sure everything was perfect. Best Hotel manager I have ever seen in action. I own 3 motels and was very impressed by Guna,s management style.

There is nothing that I didn’t like. This property ticked all our boxes

The staff are the most welcoming and helpful people, everyone is so lovely and willing to accommodate. The hotel itself is beautiful and had every facility you would need throughout your stay. The included breakfast was really great with a wide range of food options and the staff were able to point out all of the gluten free options for myself to have. The location is very central and close to some great eateries/popular shopping locations. Overall I loved my stay and I will be rebooking this location for my future visit!

N/A - nothing to fault

Everything was fabulous. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Thank you, Four Points. All staff go over and above. It is a pleasure to always see smiling and happy faces from everyone!!!

This is not negative about the hotel at all, but I would love to see some umbrellas placed for the sunbeds. I couldn't use the pool areas at all for this reason. I was a little disappointed about that. The sun & particularly the UV is at extreme levels.
