The room is nice and clean and spacious. The bed is comfy with nice clean linens. The bathroom is roomy and clean. The shower is separated from the toilet so the whole bathroom doesn’t get all wet after you took a shower. Love the Rainfall showerhead. Hot & Cold water in the shower working great. proximity to the airport is a life saver - plus I forgot my scarf there and the staff found it and kept it aside for me so I can pick it up when I return which was very nice

The room is very spacious and well laid out. The bathroom and shower also very spacious. This hotel is perfect for a 1 night stay after a long flight from the airport. This hotel is very close to the airport and is easily accessible. The hotel organised a shuttle to pick us up, which was lovely. There was a huge delay in the baggage, but they were still there to pick us up when we got through. The beds are super comfortable and the linen is nice and soft.

The breakfast was ok, not that great. There was a fair amount of selection but not a lot. The bacon was very funny tasting and the meal was just ok.

The hotel was ideally placed for the airport. The staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Every single member of staff we passed greeted us. We stayed twice, initially for 3 nights and then for our last night before flying home. Our friend became very unwell on the last day, requiring medical attention. Jinna, on reception provided excellent customer service, sourcing a room for our friend and calling the doctor for us. He was kind and attentive, answering all of our queries and we wanted to pass on our gratitude to him. The rooms are clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. A safe was provided and an iron should it be required. The breakfast was buffet style with lots of choice. The menu selection for lunch/dinner offered a good choice. We enjoyed the food we selected, which was served to us in the outdoor seating area very promptly. The pool area was clean, with towels provided. There were loungers available throughout our stay, as it was quiet around the pool.

My only comment is that although the communal areas are lovely, the corridors to the accommodation are tired and need refreshing. The carpets were marked and faded. On the ground floor there was also a damp odour which was slightly off putting.

The food and beverage prices are extraordinary high

We booked this hotel because it was near the airport and we were arriving late at night. For a Hilton chain Hotel I expected more for what we paid. The rooms where okay, nothing fancy about it, just hotel rooms, beds were comfortable and shower was good too. We included breakfast in our fee and it didnt disappoint, delicious ! Staff is always welcoming and well trained on their duties.

It is overpriced for what you get, especially in Bali. The view from our room was a big wall, and we were on level 4. The towels looked like a rug to clean the floor, super thin and thread undone. You can find much better option for a much better price.

Very quiet. We were overlooking an empty car park. Which was fine. No plane noise at all. Good clean pool. Not many kids or bogans. A good option if you want to capitalise on a cheap Bali fare from Australia and happy just to hang out in a hotel for a connecting flight to your preferred destination. Eg Lion Air to Surabaya was about $70 each way. So a good budget way to rest between flights. We're not interested in Bali so this hotel was good to keep our budget down and get to Surabaya.

Food is pretty ordinary. Every plate served had limp lettuce and soggy tomato. Udang was like rubber. There are local options so might be an idea to research other restaurants before arriving. Not sure the staff are happy here. or even trained that well. Room service and housekeeping a bit disinterested. The whole place could do with a freshen-up. Bed linen may not have been replaced. Was certainly stained. Bring your own soap.

Large spacious rooms, Beautiful pool Right next to airport

Not enough sun-beds 1 member of staff made a comment while delivering room service which made me uncomfortable and nervous.

location very close to the aiport - perfect for layover purposes, breakfast spread, the bedroom in general. very thoughtful of providing bottled water for brushing teeth, especially for tummy not used to using tap water.

the bathroom is missing handsoap at the handbasin. Especially with recent COVID and the habit of frequent handwashing being hammered in, very surprise no handsoap provided for frequent handwashing. Only shampoo and body wash, which had to do for handwashing. another thing, the bedroom door lock is not the same as other hotel and the receptionist didnt tell me or show me how to unlock the door. After 26 hrs of travelling, trying to figure out how to open the door was a tad too much. Luckily after 10 minutes of tapping the card in all sorts of direction, a fellow guest passed by and I was able to ask and get him to show me how to open the blinking door.
