They charge guest for airport shuttle service.Expensive as well,from the airport to the hotel they charge 150.00 rupiah,while at my transport from the hotel to the airport,they helped to call a metered taxi,and I only have to pay 40.000 rupiah included the entrance ticket for cars at the airport which was 10.000 rupiah .They could make them more attractive for their guests by giving the shuttle service for free at regular times.

Would definitely stay here again. Close to the airport yet located in a quiet area. The rooms are nice and so is the swimming pool. The food in the restaurant is delicious and the staff are super friendly. My only suggestion is to get longer shower hoses. I don't mind showering in the bathtub, but with a 1 meter hose you need to sit down to be able to wet your entire body ;). The bathrooms themselves could you use some modernisation anyway as stuff is dated and worn. Still no reason for me not to come back.

Very close to the airport. We walked to the airport to catch our flight. The hotel had a pool and restaurant. Room was big with a TV, sofa, large wardrobe, dressing table with mirror and a double bed. Had a big bathroom with shower and a bathtub. The room was cleaned every day, we were provided with new towels and two 250ml water bottles everyday. Room also had electric kettle, tea cups, tea/coffee powder, toothbrush and paste, shower caps etc.,

Availability of hot water was very erratic and not always available when you needed it. Sometimes it was available within 5-10 mins and at other times we never got hot water even after waiting for more then 20-30 mins. On the day we checked out, we had to take shower under cold water at 4:30am. We had good WiFi on the day we arrived and somehow the next day evening, it was gone. The hotel staff would have rectified it but we were too tired and just went to bed.

Everything was good. Room was nice and comfortable.

The hot water in our room did not work. They told us to on the water running for 15 minutes but after letting the shower run for 30minutes i gave up n took my shower in cold water and my husband took his shower after mine and still there no hot water. The location is not ideal. If you have your own transportation or you have tours or itineraries planned out with drivers then location is not an issue. But if u wish take a stroll and get some food then this is not your choice of hotel.

Very close to airport, great for the night of landing. We landed around midnight and were picked up promptly, with a smile. Room was a nice size, clean and the bed very comfortable, but could have done with plumper pillows or an extra one as ours were very flat. Good wifi in the room and the tv worked. Buffet breakfast in the morning was more than adequate. Overall, especially for the price, it was a good choice - one we would definitely use again.

Bathroom layout a bit odd. Shower and loo one side of the room and the sink the other, but it didn’t cause any problems. It is located down quite a long dark alley away from the main road, so it takes a few minutes to reach the shops and restaurants

Staff was extremely friendly and the bed was so comfy! It’s 10 minutes from the city and it only costs 50 cents to take a grab bike. Food in the restaurant is very delicious. Breakfast buffet also highly recommended. We also enjoyed the live music.

There is no one at the beach which is great for watching the sunset. However, it is also sad to see all the plastic on the beach. Not that the hotel can do much about it, but I am sure that guests would probably volunteer in a beach clean up program (voucher for one drink etc.)..just a suggestion.

the room is spacious n the pool just in front the room. everything in the room is good just that they had minimal. socket place to charge ur phone. it is quite. n nice to be in here. helpful staff, and if you hungry or thirsty can order from their restaurant. Breakfast wasn't much spread, but it is enough to start your day. the pool is deep, but not to worry if you hv child, they do have couple of swimming ring for kids. the price of this hotel was really good for long stay. its nearby many warung.. n can find nearest laundry, also near to kuta life.. Will come back again here if come to bali. very recommended. nearby the airport n charge using grab/maxim.. very cheap

if you want egg for your breakfast you need to ask, they didn't put there or any notice they had egg for breakfast. Their pool only until 7,so if you want to chill on the. night, u can't.

Very clean, quiet complex with friendly staff. We received a nice cool glass of juice on arrival. We booked in just for a few hours stay before a late flight. But the pool was lovely so went for a swim. Very comfy bed and a small living area in the room which was a bonus. At the end of a narrow laneway, so going for a walk was interesting seeing local people everyday lives. I also liked that the property didnt put up with any loud partying patrons as there were very clear rules when we signed in and staff were vugilant around the pool, not that they had to be, ad it was very quiet and relaxing. Would stay here again when flying in or out of Bali as very good value for money.

Tiny bathroom, which wasnt an issue for us as we werent staying long.

1. It’s in a quiet location, tucked right out of the way so peaceful at night. 2. Aircon works great. 3. Close to the airport although if your going there at night when everything is closed up you might get a bit worried. 4. Breakfast was ok - mostly Indonesian breakfast. I had a delicious capcay and nasi goreng. There’s a Small selection of croissants etc. I think they cooked eggs for you on request as other guests had eggs. I only stayed the one night and it was perfect for my late night arrival.
