Location is very good,near shop and food stall,and also near beach,mosque.otherwise their entrance a bit busy.and most important is the room mybe need improvement,when raining,room already like flood.so overall i will recommend for all tourists to stay here.

The location was very good. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The pool and restaurant area were very nice for hanging out and working remotely. Even if I had a sudden termite infestation in my room one day, the staff was super proactive and gave me another room without issue, so that definitely didn’t ruin my stay there.

The Wi-Fi at many times did not work properly in the bedrooms.

It’s value for money

Still charge me like $20 for late checkout I visited the place second time the same hotel but they were not at all reasonable Didn’t hesitated to charge me &20 for late checkout they agreed till 6pm for late checkout after I paid $20 But then I got a phone call from reception saying can I check out by 5.30 as they had booking I felt a bit of poor customer service for a second time customer

I'm a regular at the Ohana, and it was great to be back after a 2+ years covid break. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is a 5 minute walk to bemo corner, 10 minutes to the beach. The room is large and clean, bed comfortable, aircon efficient, and wifi reliable and fast. I haven't used the pool, but it looks very inviting.

There's not anything to not like about the Ohana. There is only an a la carte breakfast being offered currently, but the buffet breakfast will return in time, so I don't see that as a negative.

The hotel did exactly what we needed it to, the room was small but comfortable and bright, the bathroom was a great size with loads of room around the sink for all of your necessities, close to the airport if that’s what you’re after (only 10-15 mins drive), our flight was in the evening so we ended up extending until 6pm the following day which we got a discount on since we didn’t stay a full 24 hours which was great of the staff to be able to accommodate.

The pool was in the shade most of the day due to its location at the hotel and there was only a couple of day beds available.

I'm a regular at the Ohana, first staying there about 10 years ago, so I've probably stayed 30+ times. The staff are friendly, the hotel is clean, has a great pool area, but I don't use hotel pools, aircon is efficient, bed is comfortable, and the wifi fast and reliable.

The buffet breakfast is no longer available, but that's only a minor point, with plenty of alternatives nearby.

TV not enough English speaking channels And breakfast need to carter towards western style for example sausages bacon bake beans The food was good it’s just a suggestion

I liked it! The hotel is cozy, neat and beautiful. Everything you need is in the room. The bathroom is quite big and shower with glass walls. I also liked the pool in the hotel. The location of the hotel is great, it’s close to cafes, restaurants and the beach , you can get everywhere within 10-15 minutes or so. The staff was nice and friendly. Thank you! ☺️

The bed was a bit harder than I like

It’s always a guarantee. Hi quality/money ratio, friendly and helpful staff and Jeki, the director, always there to fix little things and to give assistance even for extra hotel issues

Not much light in toilet (room 518). They tried to fix it but still not much. TV screen and channels list should be improved
