We book the hotel at the end of our trip because of its proximity to the airport after road trip in NTT/ Flores. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms are clean. We can order food and have it delivered to our room. There is a souvenir shop with reasonable price just in front of the hotel and also Alfamart to buy our breakfast.

The staff at the hotel were superb! They were very friendly and helpful. There is also a hotel car which makes life a lot easier in terms of transport to and from Labuan Baja centre. They also offered us free transportation to the airport which is as much appreciated. The room itself exceeded our expectations and is great value for money considering the price you pay. All in all we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend.

The bathroom was a bit old looking and could do with renovating but nothing significant. The Wi-Fi could be improved as connection was poor.

We really loved this hotel, the staff are so polite and friendly, especially Alex on reception -he was so helpful. The rooms are big and spacious with a huge comfortable bed, kettle, tea, coffee, water, noodles, toiletries, big balcony, air conditioning, it really is the best. And hot water. Ten out of ten from us. Directly opposite the airport and right next door to a small supermarket shop

The room is spacious, clean, but the bathroom plus the bed need updated. in front of airport, near to Convenience Store, Farmacy and have own Labuan Bajo merchandise shop. The staff is very helpful and nice.

The bathroom need updated, also the bed. Need to have restaurant to take the breakfast, because breakfast will serve in a box and send to the room.

great hotel opposite the airport- the rooms are huge and comfortable beds and great aircon. wifi was strong- direct to room wifi. it is really easy to walk to the harbour (10 mins walk) or cheap grab motor taxis. better than hotels next to the harbour as not woken up by the morning prayers or roasters like in the harbour. Amazing hotel

I became very dehydrated after a tour....first an employee walked with me to the little store that was in their parking lot. When the store did not have what I needed, another employee took me to local pharmacy AND drove me across the street to airport.

Affordable, close to airport, good service, felt safe. Great to stay a night or two before heading off on a boat to the islands.

A little far from the centre of town if you want to use it as a place to stay for an extended time while you explore.

Conveniently located near the airport. Easy for transition if you only go to Flores to take another trip to the other islands nearby.

1) There’s a funky smell in the bathrooms. We had to tell the staff and they came in to “spray”. The smell didn’t go away completely after we came back for dinner but it was tolerable for 1 night stay.

Very close to the airport. We booked as had an overnight stay with early pick up for trip to Komodo. Was ideal for this as the hotel was comfortable and we didn’t have time to explore the city.

The location is in front of Komodo airport. There was a souvenir shop in the same place. Triple room was comfortable and good value for 6 people (divided in 2 rooms). They gave us 3 Pop Mie free in the room. Good for us that have very early flight in the morning.

No lift. Front office not 24h. The security staffs helped us check in and check out.
