The breakfast spread was excellent, and the bed and pillow were comfortable. The view from the infinity pool was stunning.

The water heater only worked partially, but the water pressure was good.

I was captivated the moment I saw this hotel on social media a few years ago and instantly added it to my wishlist for my future visit to Labuan Bajo. Overall, the hotel is beautiful and very comfortable. The mattress and pillows were soft, the air conditioning was cool, and the hot shower had great pressure and heat. There’s also Wi-Fi. If you have a bigger budget, definitely go for a room with a sea view. The standard rooms, when you open the window, only show a wall! Haha. The design of the hotel is very stylish, with plenty of Instagrammable spots for OOTD shots. But the main highlight is the view. Even from the restaurant, the scenery outside is breathtaking. The food at the hotel was also delicious, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Honestly, I don’t have any complaints because everything was great for me. However, one minor suggestion: since we missed out on the breakfast buffet due to our early Komodo tour, the hotel kindly provided us with a breakfast box in a beautifully woven container, which I really appreciated. It would be even better if the menu included a bit more protein besides just eggs. That’s my only small suggestion.

Wow! The breakfasts have to be experienced to be believed! So much variety; fried fish and nasi goreng, roast chicken with spicy chili and lemongrass salsa, pancakes, french toast and waffles, eggs every way, japanese miso, lots of fresh fruit and even chicken porridge (though the latter didnt tempt me) Sitting outside on the rooftops looking out to sea - heavenly way to start the day

It was all as advertised, and in many ways more than I expected The only thing I didnt like was the volume of the music (80s) blasting through the outdoor speakers at breakfast and dinner time. It was kinda like being in a noisy nightclub which wasnt the vibe. They did turn it down when asked.

The cleanliness could be improved. While the hotel is slightly distant from the city center, this isn’t a drawback since taxis are easily available to and from the hotel.

The hotel was beautiful and well located. Amazing views. Our beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed - the baby cot we requested was ready when we arrived and it was exactly what we needed.

Whenever we opened the room door after entering with a key, it made such a loud beeping sound that would wake my baby up, which was really annoying. Would be great for the hotel to fix that.

The property was amazing and the view was out of this world.Staff where friendly.Most of the quests I think where Indonesian and you didn’t get much of a hi how are you out of them and when the sun came out they all leave the pool areas.But that was fine by us it was like we had this beautiful place to ourselves

As I said we loved the property.But the staff where a bit like faulty towers😁You would ask for a drink they would say 1 minute then someone else would come you would tell them a beer please then bloody hell someone else would come take your order.😊And when you asked for the bill took 30 minutes to get .One time I asked for the bill twice 20 min later I said to my partner come on let’s go they will charge it to the room but they followed us out thinking we where doing the runner.It just became a laughing point for us so we as I say called the place faulty towers😁

The location is great. sunset by the pool is speachless. The design makes you feel like you are in Greece. Staff is friendly and always ready to help. Clean room and clean facilities. The breakfast buffet has many options and the tables by the pool are the perfect spot to enjoy it with a view. Definetly reccomanding this hotel if you stay in town

The standrd room is too basic. Little to no space to put your stuff. No wordrobe, no shelf for toilettories, toilette door not properly closing and venitlations should be improved too.

Everything was perfect, exactly like the pictures. Truly felt like we were in a hotel in Santorini. All she staff were lovely and could not do enough for you. Breakfast was great, everything you could want they had. The restaurant had a great menu and all the meals we had were delicious. The Cave Spa was lovely as well, very unique. We stayed in the direct pool entry room on Level 6 which was perfect for a quick swim whenever we wanted. Would definitely stay there again!!!

The design is soo excellent. Theme meet expectation. Atmosphere in the hotel is excellent. Best ever environment. All facilities meet ecpectation. Friednly staff and helpfull

The cafe or eating area really disturbing two main room which have the best ever view. Privacy interrupted from the cafe. Can improve in future.

the placement of toiletries / amenities such as electrical socket need to re-arrange for efficiency. Moreover, the toilet flush was weak.
