The hotel is beautiful, just by the beach. The staff is lovely and super helpful. The facilities are amazing, better than only 3 stars. The food is delicious. There was live music on our last night, instrumental piano, it was so calming and soothing. The pool is really nice. Everything was super clean and they were very attentive to detail. The ambience was delightful. I regretted not staying a few nights more. Perfect place to rest and feel like a queen. Thank you to all the staff for making our time there the best and for arranging the tour to Komodo National Park and the islands as it was an experience that I'll never forget. Terima kasi!!

This was such a pleasant surprise. Although simple, it is a gorgeous property with a pretty garden and set upon a quiet and tidy beach (stunning sunsets). The rooms are spacious and clean (a little wear and tear in some parts). Staff are friendly, helpful and a delight. Communication before and during the stay was good. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise serving excellent food at a reasonable price - the seafood curry was a fave!!

The hotel had been waiting for a delivery of spirits from Bali for over a week (and the whole time we were there) which meant they only had vodka/gin so we couldn't enjoy beachside cocktails as we had hoped.

We checked out of Puri Sari days ago, and our kids are still asking to go back. We stayed in a spacious and comfortable 2-bedroom villa during our stay. The kids walked to the beach every morning to look for shells. The private beach is very relaxing - calm waters, shade, lounge chairs, and even kayaks for rent. We had a lovely breakfast at the on-site restaurant, which will pack up your food early if you leave the hotel before breakfast time. Both western and local fare on offer - all delicious. Five-star service all around. The staff at Puri Sari is top notch. Solid wifi. Peaceful garden. 10 mins from the airport. We can't wait to go back someday.

Puri Sari is 2-3km south of town, which is manageable by shuttle (no shuttle service during our stay in April 2022), with a driver (the front desk has contacts), or by bicycle (rent pedal-assist Noa Bicycles in the lobby). Most tour packages include pickup and dropoff, so it likely won't matter.

After the crowded and noisy Java and Bali, it felt very peaceful and quiet here, which we really appreciated. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is well organized (there is a good taxi service and great massage/body treatments available). I particularly loved the restaurant menu, the “fish steak hot plate” was just amazing!!!

The hotel is a bit far from the center, but with the good transport service that wasn't a big problem. The laundry service is expensive because you pay per piece and not per kilo (we had to go into town to find a cheaper laundry service). Wi-Fi was very poor everywhere (we had to constantly log in as the Wi-Fi connection was interrupted very often, at the pool signal was extremly weak).

Large room and huge bathroom. Location was close to town (5 minutes in car). Good restaurant (great prices), on the beach. Plenty of beach chairs. Kettle, tea and coffee, and water available.

Pool was very hot. Bed surrounding structure was annoying to climb over in and out of bed. We knew the mosque was in the vicinity but it still wakes you up through the night. Website advised free shuttle however we had to pay 75,000 RP each trip (they did provide trip to airport free of charge).

The property is nice, basic, with pretty rooms and pool, although landscaping a bit austere. Good restaurant, which was lucky because the hotel is pretty distant from the main part of the town with restaurants and shops. The hotel staff cannot be more friendly, caring, and accommodating!

The beach was filthy with so much trash. Although we did see this commonly across Indonesia, I’ll put it here that I think beachfront businesses have an obligation to apply effort in keeping their beaches nice for their customers.

We had a very nice stay here. The personnel was very helpful, nice and professional. The room is clean and had a huge comfortable bed. They have very beautiful garden full of flowers. There are also convenient soft beds near the pool. Food and drinks in the restaurant were delicious, laundry service also works good. Almost every day they had live music on the beach. Perfect place to stay and enjoy Flores Island surroundings.

It is far away from the city center, where most of restaurants and other places are located. But if you have a scooter, it is not a problem. Wifi could also be better.

Very nice hotel and restaurant. Great swimming pool, great rooms and fantastic batroom. Very respectfull staff. Beautifull garden and well maintained. Would recommend for days to chill out.

The breakfast could have pancakes and the restaurant generally a bit more fancy dishes. As the hotel is far away from town (1h by foot) there could be at least for the price we paid a free shuttle at least 1-2 times per day. The shuttle offered was very expensive vs local prices. The laundry onsite was very expensive too.

Very friendly staff and probably the most comfortable bed that we have had in Flores. The food in the restaurant is great and we also got to enjoy some local live music. Beach is OK, there is no one there. The hotel is 10 minutes from the main town which we liked. You can easily grab a grab bike for 8000 IDR. Loved the garden!

So much trash at the beach which we know is common in southeast Asia, but maybe the hotel could implement some beach clean up programs to make this place even better.

The staff were probably the nicest I have experienced in all the years I have been coming to Indonesia. Silly me I left my passport in my shorts that I sent off to be washed, unfortunately it went through the wash. The manager dropped the cost for my last night's stay as he said they should have checked the pockets, no damage to passport.

It is not within walking distance to shops etc,you need either to book a driver or hire a bike
