Great location with basic but comfortable rooms and facilities. We used this hotel as a base to travel which was perfect due to the location.

Some of the guests that stayed there just need to be more patient, some rude people staying there wanting 5 star service at a 3 star hotel. This has nothing to do with the staff or hotel. Some guests just need to relax and enjoy the experience and slooow down. It's Bali time ⏲

The location was phenomenal. It was a little oasis from the hustle and bustle. The beds and pillows were fantastic.

I think the addition of shower curtains to the bathroom and blackout curtains for downstairs pool access rooms would make a great addition.

Very friendly staff great value quiet location. Breakfast was what I expected eggs pancakes noodles rice toast fruit. Nice pool.

Great location and very impressed with the resort. Beautiful pool.

Front sliding door jams a bit, but they did come and fix it so complaints. Outside chairs could do with cushions. I’m saying all this I would happily recommend and stay here again.

The staff were so warm and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay there and look forward to my return. Big smiles

Loved this place, super close to everything, very central, literally everything at our fingertips. Pool was beautiful. Food was lovely and cooked with love, Staff were exceptional, special thanks to Dayu who made sure we were looked after, Benny for catering to our needs and stepping up as our barmen, Adi for making the best pancakes and eggs, Kenny for making the best cocktails, and to guys and girls who were always asking if we needed anything😊 to the young lady who welcomed us on our 1st night, very professional, very welcoming and made things so easy. I would definitely go back to this place and so would my family. Couldn't believe how clean this place was, the staff were forever cleaning and nothing was too big or too small.

I'm just being picky but the shower we had wasn't great, but we made do, we didn't really spend too much time in their, washed important parts and got out lol There were lots of stairs so if you had mobility issues this wudnt be for you. Also buy a charger at the mini mart and take an extension cord as their wasn't enough plug points, but a bit of shuffling around and we made it work.

We paid the $10 per person extra in our 8 night stay. Coffee, Tea, Jam, Bread and danish pastry each day. Choice of three warm dishes like Nadi or Mee Goreng and Vegetable varied each day along with Salad, Fruit and mini Muffins. You could order Egg to your liking and Pancakes. Quality very good. Location was fabulous and staff friendly and helpful. Room did not have a safety deposits box and to boil kettle had to unplugged TV as cord not long enough for other two remaining power points. Fridge had a freezer compartment, bonus! Other than TV having snowy reception all other was great. Pool, Cocktails and Menu meals very cheap and very good! Pool is 2.2m deep all way. We had a very good stay and would recommend if on a thighs budget or travelling with Family. I would go again. Ahh, the pool staff need to be more pro active clearing bottles, plates etc! ❤️👍

Location, Price for drinks and food and Pool Area.

The location is great. It's out of the hustle and bustle. Short stroll to the beach. Less than 5 minutes away for great sunsets. There's a great little beauty place in the same location, which was amazing for massage and hair creme bath. The pool area was nice, garden well maintained. The staff were always friendly. Swim up pool bar and a toddler swim area. Nice balconies. Room service. Good value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

The only negative is around the pool. The pool area only has 4 lounges and a couple of beanbag lounges. Nowhere to sit when they're all taken up and not really a spot just to put a towel to go for a swim. There's a swim up pool bar which is nice and a small toddler swim area. The rest of the pool is reasonably deep. If there's loud drunk people in the pool, it echoes right through everywhere. Not the hotels fault. Not an issue for me but maybe some people, fair few stairs unless you pick the right room.

The location off Melasti St was quiet, the room was quite adequate, the restaurant had a nice breakfast & the pool was nice too.

the staff were confused if there was a room available, they said no room , but on booking. com there was , so every 2 days we needed to stay longer I had confusing conversations where they say no availability and I would go on booking.com and book it .
