The Sun Hotel & Spa Legian - CHSE Certified

We continue to stay here because it's so close to our favourite places and easily accessible. The staff were awesome as usual and we received the same level of service and comfort as we did prior to Covid shut-downs.

The hotel was very very good. The staff were excellent - handled any inquiries Immediately and with enthusiasm - from the reception, restaurant and room service staff - they all went over and beyond expectations. Room was very comfortable and the inclusive breakfast was very well presented and plentiful. Location was very good - short stroll to the beach and plenty of restaurants and bars handily located.

The inside room and poolside chairs were extremely noisy when being moved around. The noise travelled very extensively from the surrounding pool area. A very simple solution to this problem would be to place felt padding on the bottom of all the chair legs. Very simple and effective.

The location is very close to the market and other hotels and restaurants. The staffs are very friendly.

No towels for the swimming pool . Very noisy due to people coming and going. People allowed to eat and smoke by the pool. Restaurants had no restrictions when it comes to smoking and noisy people. Buffet food can get cold. Hot water varies from very hot, hot and cold. Smell of paint due to continuously renovating rooms. No tissues and cream for coffee in the room.

The staff, all are very amazing and could not have been more helpful at all times.

Have stayed here many times, although this time 5 out of my group of 6 were sick at varying times during our holiday, my husband was the worst, we had to have the doctor out to us. I realise that times have been tough during Covid, I personally think that what we have is a virus from the air con filter units not being cleaned. I will take some responsibility as I have previously had to clean and spray the filters as I have had a bad virus before when I stayed for nearly a month. Unfortunately I did not do it this time, but all good.

The staff were amazing hi five to each one . All staff from front house to back of house went out of there way to help in anyway. The lady in the dining with the long hair cant remember her name should be able to be in management . The way the younger staff looked up to her and how she treated them was beautiful, she is an asset to the hotel. Hi five to all 😀

Bit bigger fridges to hold drinks and to hold ice

The staff is very helpful, we call for food delivery and they hell to pick it up and keep the parcel 📦 nicely.. location is very near to the legian beach.. there's local shops nearby to have local dish. We even manage to book a tour with a shop opposite the hotel. Very convenient. Wifi is good. Swimming pool is beautiful

It's easy to get confused with another similar hotel call the sun

The staff were helpful and went out of their way to help me.The location is close to everything i required, bed was comfortable and airconditioner worked well. Cleaning staff were excellent and always friendly.

Better tv would be good. No cable tv but nothing really to complain about.

Close distance from everything you need, the pool was nice, staff were very friendly and we really enjoyed during our stay. Breakfast was very pleasant.

Some nights was loud noise on the second floor upstairs, they didn’t give tissues and had towels till the second last day we were stay. And lots of mosquitoes inside the room.

The location. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. Thank you to Pak Bagus and the housekeeping staff for your help! Breakfast was generous. Food at the restaurant was delicious too bonus life music every night.

Nothing. Just a suggestion . Perhaps more aqua bottles and tea, coffee and sugar for the room :)

Excellent staff in Lobby, restaurant and room service. Nina in Reservations, replies quickly to emails and is very helpful.

Shower recess in ALL ROOMS too small, just over 60cm square. Meals, incl breakfast very nice. Evening entertainment always TOO LOUD every time we stay at Sun Hotel and Spa.
